Boutique Yachting
Operating from the Bophut area of Koh Samui, this yacht charter service offers a more personalised alternative to standard tour boats, taking small groups out to explore the islands, hidden coves, and coastal scenery of the Gulf of Thailand. The experience spans full-day excursions that typically include breakfast and lunch on board, swimming stops, beach visits, and scenic viewpoints — all with an attentive crew that visitors consistently highlight as a standout part of the trip. The yachts are well-equipped with loungers, seating areas, and clean facilities, and group sizes are kept small enough to avoid the overcrowded feel common on larger charter vessels. Itineraries can include hiking, snorkelling, and time ashore at local beaches, with the crew handling logistics and catering throughout the day. The combination of comfortable sailing conditions, included meals, and guided stops makes this a full-day activity rather than a simple scenic cruise. Boutique Yachting is open seven days a week from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, making it straightforward to fit around a Koh Samui itinerary. Advance booking is strongly recommended, particularly between November and February when conditions are at their best and demand peaks. Visitors should bring swimwear, sun protection, and a light layer for time on the water. The Bophut location is accessible from most central Koh Samui accommodation, and the team coordinates pick-up as part of the service. Full details and booking are available through the Boutique Yachting website.

Visitor Reviews
Cannot fault this trip ☺️ The boat itself is very beautiful - lots of space, loungers and seats. Clean toilets. Towels provided. The crew are what make this trip! They looked after everyone SO well. Delicious food was included and waiting for us both in the morning and after a stop for lunch - all very very nice and fresh. The crew are so kind, always checking on you if you need anything, bringing you anything you’d like. Toto was especially kind and very knowledgeable about the areas, great at giving instructions, very clear and excellent excellent English. All other crew were lovely too - thank you! The hikes were tricky but worth it if you’re able. The beaches afterwards are stunning - very beautiful places! The swim stop was fun too. We were lucky enough to see lots of whales. Highly recommend over the cheaper/more crowded tours - a really relaxing and fun day, no issues!
If you’re going in ko sumui, you absolutely have to do this day. The boat is quite lovely. The sale is impacting the sites they take you to our unbelievable. I will tell you I was Radison about going, and my wife had to grad me along, and it was probably the best day we’ve had in Thailand and we’ve already been here two weeks. The people are exceptional. That quality of the crew is excellent and being out here on the open water in a big enough boat that you just thoroughly enjoy the sale is a Glorious experience. Trust me if you’re even considering doing this the answer is YES, you should. I’m posting this to help others understand that this was an epic way to spend a day and well worth it.
An absolutely fabulous day on the sail ship with Pko and crew. Very attentive staff. Boat not too crowded. Really enjoyed time off the boat being taken to the viewpoint and beach. Then to the green lake within the mountain. The food is supplied and the drinks are available all day. The lunchtime meal was not only ample but very well cooked. The masaman curry was my favourite. As far as value for money goes I would highly recommend as you get a quality experience. Seeing the sail ship and experiencing the sails out was a truly wonderful time that my wife and I will always remember especially as it's our 40th wedding anniversary. Very impressed.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
