Zen Zen Pool villa by villa 17 - Chiangmai

4.8(24 reviews)

Zen Zen Pool Villa by Villa 17 is a private pool villa property located along the Chiang Mai–Doi Saket road in the San Sai district, offering a secluded retreat within easy reach of central Chiang Mai. The villa accommodates larger groups comfortably, making it a popular choice for family getaways, with guests consistently noting the immediate sense of arrival that greets them upon stepping inside. The interiors are finished in clean, bright tones and the private pool has proven a particular highlight for families travelling with children. The atmosphere leans toward quiet relaxation rather than resort-scale activity, with a residential feel that suits multigenerational groups looking to spend time together in a private setting. Staff receive consistent praise across visitor accounts for being attentive and genuinely helpful throughout a stay. The villa can accommodate groups of around ten guests, and reviewers note that the space feels well-suited to that kind of gathering without feeling cramped. Good to know: the property sits outside the Chiang Mai old city, so having access to a private vehicle or arranging transport in advance is advisable for getting into town or exploring nearby attractions. Given its appeal to families and larger groups, prospective guests are encouraged to book well ahead, particularly during Thailand's peak cool-season months between November and February when demand for villa-style accommodation in the region tends to be higher.

Visitor Reviews

🌿 We've had such a wonderful stay these past few days! Our family stayed at the Zen Zen Pool Villa. We were immediately struck by the "Wow!" feeling the moment we walked in. The villa is incredibly clean and stylish, with ample space and natural light – the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. 🏠 Every detail in the villa is thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the pillows were just right, and the common area was spacious and bright, with two TVs and a projector. The owner provided a wide range of amenities, including cookies, snacks, and toast. The housekeeping staff kept the villa clean every day – they were incredibly thoughtful. 🏊‍♀️ The pool is a family favorite. We enjoyed a dip in the morning, splashing in the afternoon, and gazing at the stars at night. There were plenty of swimming rings provided, and the kids had a blast soaking in the water, while the adults completely relaxed. The water was clean and the temperature was just right. I always felt so refreshed after a dip. 📍 The location is also very convenient. It's not far from Central Festival, making it easy to go shopping or eat, yet back home it's peaceful and quiet—a perfect escape from the bustle. 💛 The overall feeling was one of comfort, relaxation, and happiness. These past few days have truly felt like home. Thank you to the entire team for their attentive care. Our whole family has fallen in love with this place. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai! 🌸

🏡 Review of a private pool villa near CentralFestival: 10/10, no deductions! This time, I brought my family, including my parents, to relax at this private pool villa, and I was impressed from the moment we arrived! ✨ The house has two separate buildings with four bedrooms each, connected by a walkway, making it very well-proportioned. It's perfect for large families or groups of friends. The bedrooms are spacious, clean, and styled in a modern minimalist design – beautiful, simple, yet luxurious. 🏊‍♂️ The private swimming pool is very clean, and there's even a children's pool where kids can have fun while adults relax by the pool. 📍 The location is excellent, just a few minutes from CentralFestival Chiang Mai. It's a short drive away and close to restaurants, cafes, and markets, making it incredibly convenient. 🧹 The staff are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service. They offer recommendations for tourist attractions and take care of you throughout your stay. 💯 I give it a perfect 10/10! The house is beautiful, the location is great, it's clean, and the service is impressive. It's perfect for anyone looking for a private and relaxing getaway in Chiang Mai.

I stayed here with a family of 10 pax. Pollapat place was incredibly stunning worth every money spent. Rooms are spacious and clean. What I liked the most about the rooms was it all fitted with white linens n white duvets. Feels like we're staying in the hotel. The host was really kind. She provides us with breakfast and daily cleaning service. Close to Central festival mall.
