Greenpark Community Mall Chiang Mai
Greenpark Community Mall is a modern strip-style community mall in the Fa Ham area of Mueang Chiang Mai, drawing a predominantly local crowd rather than tourist traffic. It brings together a practical mix of restaurants — including Suki and Shabugu — alongside a premium 7-Eleven, food kiosks, a nail spa, hair salon, pilates studio, and a kids' zone with a playground. A rooftop bar adds an unexpected touch for evening visitors looking to wind down. The atmosphere is relaxed and neighbourhood-oriented, making it a genuine window into how Chiang Mai residents spend their downtime. Shoppers and diners come here for everyday errands as much as leisure — haircuts, DIY supplies, meals, and beauty treatments — rather than souvenir shopping or market browsing. The mall has grown noticeably busier over recent years, reflecting its increasing popularity with locals in the area. Good to know: Greenpark is listed as open around the clock, though individual tenants will keep their own hours, so early morning and late night visits may offer a quieter experience with limited options. Parking is available on site, making it convenient for those with a rental vehicle. This is a practical stop rather than a dedicated tourist destination — best paired with exploration of the surrounding Fa Ham neighbourhood rather than treated as a standalone excursion.

Visitor Reviews
Green park is super convenient with interesting shops which also include a premium 7eleven and a fun collection of food kiosks. The strip mall also has a kids zone playground and plenty of clean public restrooms. Only recently noticed it is a a mixed retail and residential property, will explore the g residents when I return. Updated to mention Mini Melts is no longer here, you will have to go to the Central Festival mall to get your fix. Mini Melts is more commonly known as Dippin Dots in Los Angeles but they are the same.
It's a small community shopping area consisting few restaurants like Suki, Shabugu,...it's getting crowder compared with a year ago. More local crowds than tourists in the heart of Fa Ham distric.
Nice new community mall with reasonably good parking. Restaurants, roof top bar, nail spa, hair salon, pilates etc. Good location

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
