Visitor Reviews
Our stay at Lis Hotel was amazing! Thier hospitality is really exepcional. Location was perfect - next to Chiang Mai city centre yet calm and beautiful. Breakfast was first class, not to mention the all day snacks section. Love all staff! Thank you!!!
Mon and the staff are the key to this great property. Mon is super nice and friendly. In the morning, she will go around and chat with the patrons. I got a couple Resto rec. from her and did not disappoint. The staff are helpful and responsive. Location - I prefer this location over old town. The road is wider and not as congested. Area is quiet and you will get the good night sleep. I got myself a rental car the day I checked out so the wider road and free parking made life easier (I got my rental from BudgetCatcher, a 10 min walk to the office. Highly recommended) Check In/Check Out - got there before noon and left luggage with hotel. Check in at 2pm. Very smooth Room - minimalistic and clean. There are two chairs (one in patio and one indoor), good to sit and chill. Basic toiletry = body wash, shampoo, shower cap, cotton & q-tip. There is hairdryer as well. Bed is firm and that’s how I like it. Just like my mattress at home and slept like a baby Food/Water - good variety of buffet breakfast. Food was tasty. Unlimited supply of bottled water (save you trip to 7-11 and worry free teeth brushing 😏) Hacks - There is a short cut via the yoga studio/spa treatment bldg. of the hotel to Weave Artisan Society and Beam&Col. coffee bar. You can also get access to MARU for laundry run. Minor Improvement for the property (Lis Hotel - if you are reading ☺️☺️☺️) 1. Shelving in the shower install would be nice. I like to wash my face in the shower and had to place my face cleanser on the shower floor 2. Possible hooks nearby next to shower area for easy access of towel and face cloth
A new, clean, and peaceful hotel perfect for a true getaway. The location is very convenient, just 10 minutes from the airport and only 10 minutes to Nimman. I stayed here in February, and the weather was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to cool, fresh air and enjoying breakfast in such a calm atmosphere was truly refreshing. The hotel also offers wellness experiences including yoga classes, massage, onsen, steam, and ice bath, making it easy to spend the entire day relaxing without even leaving the property. A perfect place to slow down, recharge, and fully enjoy quality time for yourself. 🌿✨

Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
