Private Pool Villa 88 Nimman Chiangmai
Compare prices
Tucked along a quiet lane just off the lively Nimmana Haeminda Road, Private Pool Villa 88 Nimman Chiangmai offers a rare combination of privacy and central location. The villa is designed with local Lanna-inspired aesthetics and a contemporary touch, making it a comfortable base for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for more space and character than a standard hotel room provides. Standout features include a private swimming pool, a BBQ area, and a dedicated cinema room — amenities that set it apart from typical Chiang Mai accommodation options. Guests consistently highlight the attentive hospitality from the host and staff, with particular praise for the thoughtful service that extends to dietary needs and personalised touches. The villa feels quiet and secluded despite being within easy reach of Nimman's restaurants, cafes, galleries, and boutique shops — one of Chiang Mai's most popular and walkable neighbourhoods. For practical planning, the property operates around the clock, making it well-suited to guests arriving on late-night flights or early-morning trains. Given the villa's appeal for group stays and its relatively small number of units, early booking is advisable, especially during Chiang Mai's peak travel season between November and February. Prospective guests can check availability and room configurations directly through the property's website before committing.

Visitor Reviews
Amazing location & great host ! My family & I loved this spacious villa ; nicely decorated with local design (but a modern touch). The kids enjoyed the pool, and the cinema room. The neighborhood is very nice to walk around, we love the restaurant next street (i forgot the name but there is always a lot of people in front so you can't miss it). The Manager Miss Kat is very nice with very good english, great energy, and a lot of good tips to visit local places. We will be back
We appreciate your excellent hospitality during our visit to Chiang Mai. Our friends and family enjoyed themselves, and it was a truly fantastic experience. We were particularly impressed with the outstanding breakfast and effective communication whenever we required assistance. We are eagerly anticipating our next visit there!
Amazing place. Great facility with warm hospitality. Located right in the heart of hustling and bustling Nimman area. The villa has private pool, BBQ stove and cinema room. I really enjoyed my time with my friends. Definitely will come back again.
