Compare prices
Tucked into the heart of Pai, Villa de Pai is an informal bungalow complex that puts guests within easy walking distance of the town's cafes, night market, and riverside attractions. The property features a garden setting and private bungalows equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and small fridges — practical amenities that make it a comfortable base for exploring the surrounding Mae Hong Son region. The atmosphere leans relaxed and low-key, with staff noted by guests for being friendly and accommodating, including handling booking changes with flexibility. Bungalows are compact but thoughtfully arranged, with small storage solutions and balconies. The garden creates a pleasant buffer from the street, though the central location does come with a trade-off: bars and karaoke venues across the road can generate noise into the early hours on some nights. Good to know: Villa de Pai's reception hours run from 08:00 to 20:00 daily, so guests arriving late should arrange access in advance. Those who are light sleepers may want to request a bungalow positioned further from the main road, or consider bringing earplugs, particularly on weekends when street noise tends to run later. The property is well-suited to couples and families looking for a centrally located, no-frills stay in one of northern Thailand's most popular small towns.

Visitor Reviews
Thoroughly enjoyed my time staying at Pai Village. We stayed as a couple, however this resort would also be absolutely perfect for those with young families. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxed and enjoyable. Our room was very clean and nicely turned out - small but very cosy. The restaurant serves delicious food (try the signature sharing board!) and a wide range of cocktails. Location is also excellent, close enough to all the main streets without it feeling too busy (we came at peak tourist season). The only small issue might be the noise of Boom Bar opposite the hotel, however we barely noticed it staying in room 28 as it was just about far enough back. The bar stops playing music at midnight on the dot. Overall a fantastic experience in a lovely yet affordable hotel with wonderful staff :)
Perfect stay in Pai. Great location, amazing service. Accidentally booked the wrong room but the management was very accommodating and was able to move us to the room we wanted for the available dates. Can be a little noisy with the surrounding bars but nothing earplugs at night can't solve. 10/10 for value.
Aircon in the rooms worked great, mozzy nets were nice and had a small fridge. Pretty small but had little cubbies for our bags and even a small clothing rack. The whole private bungalow was quite cute, the shower does not get hot though but we knew that going in. Great location near the walking street.
