Tolani Nimman Villa Chiang Mai
Compare prices
Tucked along the trendy Nimmanhaemin Road in Chiang Mai, Tolani Nimman Villa is a boutique resort hotel that consistently earns praise for its generous spaces, immaculate cleanliness, and the kind of attentive hospitality that is increasingly rare. Rooms are notably large by city standards, with balconies available on multiple floors, and guests regularly receive complimentary fresh fruit and chilled bottled water each morning — a small but thoughtful touch that sets the tone for the stay. The property is managed with a personal touch, with host Lucy and her team frequently highlighted by guests for going above and beyond throughout the duration of a stay. The atmosphere is quiet and secure despite the villa's central location, making it a strong choice for travellers who want easy access to Nimman's cafes, galleries, and night markets without sacrificing comfort or calm. Housekeeping standards are consistently noted as excellent, and the team is responsive to guest needs from arrival to checkout. Given its location on a lane off Nimmanhaemin Road, the villa is best reached by rideshare or taxi on arrival, particularly if travelling with luggage. The property operates around the clock, and given its boutique scale, booking in advance is advisable — especially during Chiang Mai's peak cool-season months between November and February when demand for well-located accommodation in this neighbourhood is high.

Visitor Reviews
Wonderful service, quiet, safe and spacious stay. The place is incredibly spacious and immaculately clean. The host (Lucy) took great care in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment. Thank you for the group accommodation in a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the Nimman area. Lucy went above and beyond with request and help. Highly recommend for large family. We'll be sure to stay here again on the next visit!
It's hard to express how amazing this place and the staff were. There was a new batch of fresh fruit and bottled cold water every morning. The rooms were huge and there's a balcony on almost every floor. More toilets than you can possibly use. And the rooftop terrace is a sight to see, with a view of the mountain. At sunset it's perfect for photos. Definitely returning to Tolani Nimman soon.
My friends and I had such a great time here! We were lucky to find this place on short notice because our planned accommodations did not meet our expectations. Cleaning service was so nice and you can’t beat the location! There were so many cute businesses to walk to. Would definitely stay here again!
