Millennium Hilton Bangkok

4.6(12,976 reviews)

Book a river-facing room or don't bother. That's the whole point of this place. The Chao Phraya runs right past the windows, boats crossing at all hours, the skyline behind them, and guests talk about the morning view more than anything else in the hotel. Rooms come up again and again as spotless, spacious and properly modern, and the rooftop infinity pool gets the same treatment.

Service is the other thread running through the reviews. Check-in staff, bell staff, the executive lounge team, all described as warm and quick to sort things out, including one guest whose booking had a problem on arrival and got it fixed on the spot. If you're paying for lounge access, people rate it highly for the snacks and the view. Beyond rooms, there's a spa and banquet space, so it works for weddings and events as well as couples and solo travellers.

Being on the Khlong San side means it's calmer than central Bangkok, and ICONSIAM is an easy walk. That's a genuine advantage if shopping and riverside dining are on your list.

Reviews from Google

We stayed at the Millennium Hilton Bangkok on Feb 14-16. Upon check-in, we encountered a discrepancy with our booking. Fortunately, Freya stepped in to help. She was incredibly professional and handled the situation perfectly. The hotel is exceptionally comfortable, and the river view from our room was stunning—my father absolutely loved it! The location is also very convenient, being so close to ICONSIAM. We also appreciated the proactive and helpful service from the bellhops. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. A special thank you to Freya for her excellent crisis management and assistance!

My stay at Millennium Hilton Bangkok was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I felt warmly welcomed by the staff, who were extremely humble, polite, and genuinely caring. Every interaction was handled with professionalism and kindness, making the entire stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel’s riverside location is breathtaking, offering stunning views of the Chao Phraya River and the Bangkok skyline. The rooftop infinity pool is simply outstanding — peaceful, beautifully designed, and perfect for relaxing while enjoying the cityscape. The in-water loungers add a luxury resort vibe that makes the experience even more special. The Lantern Lounge is elegant and calming, ideal for enjoying premium coffee and quiet moments. Every drink was beautifully presented and tasted amazing. The breakfast spread was impressive, especially the freshly baked breads and pastries, which were delicious and high quality. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable with beautiful views and top-class amenities. Everything about this hotel reflects true five-star luxury — from the service and cleanliness to the food and ambience. Millennium Hilton Bangkok delivers a truly memorable experience, and I will definitely be coming back again.

Stayed here in January 2026 and it was honestly one of the best hotel experiences in Bangkok! Checked into a Premium King Room with that incredible Chao Phraya River view—waking up to the boats and city skyline was magical. The room was spotless, super spacious, comfy bed, and everything felt fresh and modern. Staff were amazing from check-in to the rooftop bar—always smiling, helpful, and quick with everything (shoutout to the executive lounge team, the snacks and views up there are next level!). Breakfast buffet had so much variety—fresh Thai options, Western classics, great coffee. Loved the rooftop pool for sunset drinks, and being right by ICONSIAM made shopping/eating out super easy. Location is prime with the shuttle boat too. Definitely worth it—already recommending to friends and planning to come back. Perfect 5-star stay! 🌟🏙️🍹

Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.

Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive

Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
