Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya

4.9(12,604 reviews)

Book this one if you're staying more than a couple of nights. The rooms come with things hotels almost never give you: a bathtub, a microwave, an induction stove, a kitchen sink, a clothes dryer and a drying rack. That means you can cook a bit, wash your own clothes and stop living out of a suitcase, while still getting daily housekeeping and a front desk. For a week in Pattaya, that combination is hard to beat.

The rooftop pool and its seating area are the other draw, with views over the city, though guests do mention the water runs cold. Breakfast is part small buffet, part à la carte from a menu. There's a spa on the 23rd floor, with massage vouchers sold at the front desk, one guest paying 700 baht for 50 minutes. It's roughly a 15 minute walk to the beach and Central Pattaya Mall, with shops and a 7-Eleven a block away.

I had a wonderful stay at Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya during my long trip from Australia, and it was extra special as I celebrated my birthday there. The hotel has such a peaceful and relaxing environment, with beautiful amenities, a lovely pool, and cozy cafés that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always welcoming, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast — it was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety every day. A very special thank you to Miss Nissa for the sweet birthday surprise and the lovely cake; it was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day unforgettable. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand.

It’s in the middle of everything, room is nice. I received the voucher for massage at the front desk 700Bath for 50 mins and decided to get it since I just had a long flight. The location of the spa is on 23rd floor. Noot is my massager, she is amazing. I got what I need! And planing to come back again tomorrow!! Highly recommend! Also it served with tea and yogurt right after this relaxation!

This is a really nice hotel and it is a good price. The roof top pool and sitting area are amazing, but the pool is a bit cold. Breakfast is pretty good, it is partial Buffet and partial order from a menu. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is about a 15 minutes walk from the beach and Central Pattaya Mall, but there are lots of shops nearby. If you need money, you can go to the 7-Eleven about a block away. The rooms are well kept, clean and have a great view. One big perk is that the rooms have a washing machine and a small balcony with a drying rack. Overall, for the quality and price, I would stay here again.
