Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya stands out in Pattaya's accommodation scene by combining the comfort of a premium hotel with the practicality of a serviced residence. Rooms are notably spacious and well-equipped, featuring amenities rarely found in standard hotel stays, including a bathtub, microwave, induction stove, kitchen sink, clothes dryer, and drying rack. This setup makes it a particularly good fit for travellers on longer stays or those who prefer the flexibility of self-catering alongside full hotel services. The property's rooftop pool and surrounding seating area draw consistent praise from guests, offering a relaxed atmosphere with views over the city. A restaurant on-site serves a partially buffeted, partially à la carte breakfast, and the hotel's spa provides in-house massage services, with vouchers available through the front desk. Housekeeping standards are well-regarded by visitors, and the central location puts guests within easy reach of Pattaya's main attractions and amenities. For those planning a longer visit, the apartment-style room features make Arbour a practical alternative to standard hotels at a competitive price point. Booking directly through the hotel's website is worth exploring for any available packages or promotions. Guests sensitive to cooler water temperatures should note that the rooftop pool has been described as on the cold side, which may vary by season.

Visitor Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at Arbour Hotel and Residence Pattaya during my long trip from Australia, and it was extra special as I celebrated my birthday there. The hotel has such a peaceful and relaxing environment, with beautiful amenities, a lovely pool, and cozy cafés that made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly professional, kind, and always welcoming, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast — it was fresh, delicious, and had a great variety every day. A very special thank you to Miss Nissa for the sweet birthday surprise and the lovely cake; it was such a thoughtful gesture that made my day unforgettable. Overall, I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Thailand.
I stayed at this hotel for about a week after reading many great reviews, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. The room was large, clean, and very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent every day, so my stay was always pleasant and stress-free. I really enjoyed my time here. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place. Special thanks to Nisa from Guest relations who was truly wonderful and made my stay even more enjoyable with her kindness and excellent service.
It’s in the middle of everything, room is nice. I received the voucher for massage at the front desk 700Bath for 50 mins and decided to get it since I just had a long flight. The location of the spa is on 23rd floor. Noot is my massager, she is amazing. I got what I need! And planing to come back again tomorrow!! Highly recommend! Also it served with tea and yogurt right after this relaxation!
