Tann Beach club
The fire show is what people come back talking about, and it's the thing that decides whether this place is for you. If a beach club evening means loud music, a lit-up beach and a table booked well before the sun drops, you'll get on with it. If you want quiet, go somewhere else on Karon.
Tables run on a minimum spend, and one group reported 5,000 THB, which they had no trouble covering with food and drinks between them. Portions come in generous, by most accounts. The kitchen covers Thai and international, and there's a separate vegan menu, which is genuinely useful when you're a group of six with three different sets of rules. Staff get named individually in review after review, hosts and waiters both, and that kind of specific praise usually means the floor is well run rather than just friendly. Birthdays clearly work well here.

We celebrated a birthday at Tann Beach Club, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! Our waitress Pompam took great care of us — very attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was fantastic and everything was beautifully served. We had such a wonderful time enjoying the atmosphere, the music, and the ocean view. The fire show was spectacular and made the evening even more special. Thank you to the whole team and especially Pompam for making this celebration unforgettable. We will definitely come back again! 🎉🔥🌊

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
