PANITA WELLNESS AND YOGA
Tucked away in Muang district, Krabi, this intimate wellness studio offers a well-rounded range of holistic health services under one roof. Led by Pan, a hands-on and personable instructor, the studio caters to individuals and small groups seeking a genuinely personal experience rather than a large, impersonal spa setting. Services include yoga classes, therapeutic massage, ice bath and steam sessions, and sound bath therapy — making it a versatile destination for both active recovery and deep relaxation. The atmosphere is notably warm and attentive. Visitors consistently highlight Pan's ability to tailor sessions to individual needs, whether guiding complete beginners through breathwork and stretching or offering skilled hands-on assists during yoga practice. The steam room is a particular standout, with the owner preparing fresh herbs herself — a thoughtful touch that reflects the studio's commitment to quality. Facilities include changing rooms, lockers, and a sauna, giving the space a more complete wellness centre feel despite its intimate scale. As a smaller, owner-operated studio, classes can sometimes run with just one or two participants, which often means sessions naturally extend into a more personalised private class. Those interested in visiting are advised to reach out directly to confirm class schedules and availability, as opening hours are not listed online. The studio is well suited to solo travellers, couples, or small groups looking to complement their Krabi stay with a grounding wellness experience.

Visitor Reviews
It supposed to be one hour yoga class but I happened to be the only attendee. So it turned to a one and half hour of private class, started with three breathing techniques, warm up and then deep stretching. Long story short, she killed me in warm up part, I think she believes in stamina! She corrected all my positions and I found out why I hurt my shoulder in wrong positions and flow! The only downside was it was very hot and I sweat like hell, therefore I think we can call it hot yoga to solve the problem!
Pan gave an incredible yoga class for me and my mother. She provided excellent support throughout the session, making us feel comfortable and guided at all times. It was one of the most impactful yoga experiences I’ve ever had. I loved how she explained which body parts and chakras each pose targeted, it added a deeper layer to the practice. I would definitely recommend her and would love to come back if I ever return to Krabi :)
Attended the workshop in early August, was incredibly impressed with the session. They offer a great range of options for practicing and the facilities are excellent (Changing Rooms, Locker, Sauna and more…) Highly recommended for anyone who looks for a place to practice Yoga in main Krabi Town. Will definitely be back 🤍🧘🏻

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
