It supposed to be one hour yoga class but I happened to be the only attendee. So it turned to a one and half hour of private class, started with three breathing techniques, warm up and then deep stretching. Long story short, she killed me in warm up part, I think she believes in stamina! She corrected all my positions and I found out why I hurt my shoulder in wrong positions and flow! The only downside was it was very hot and I sweat like hell, therefore I think we can call it hot yoga to solve the problem!
Pan gave an incredible yoga class for me and my mother. She provided excellent support throughout the session, making us feel comfortable and guided at all times. It was one of the most impactful yoga experiences I’ve ever had. I loved how she explained which body parts and chakras each pose targeted, it added a deeper layer to the practice. I would definitely recommend her and would love to come back if I ever return to Krabi :)
Attended the workshop in early August, was incredibly impressed with the session. They offer a great range of options for practicing and the facilities are excellent (Changing Rooms, Locker, Sauna and more…) Highly recommended for anyone who looks for a place to practice Yoga in main Krabi Town. Will definitely be back 🤍🧘🏻
