Baan Sawan Massage
Situated on the busy main strip of Chaweng Beach Road, this massage and spa draws repeat visitors with a reputation for skilled, attentive therapists and a calm setting that offers genuine relief from the surrounding tourist bustle. Foot massage is a particular highlight, with several visitors singling out the technique and professionalism of individual therapists. The location near Central Festival mall makes it easy to combine with shopping or dining on the same stretch of road. Pricing sits above the island's basic walk-in rate — expect to pay around 650 baht for a 60-minute session compared to the standard 350 baht found at no-frills shops nearby. Returning guests and those familiar with the wider Koh Samui massage scene tend to consider the difference worthwhile, citing the quality of technique and service as the distinguishing factor. A range of massage styles is on offer, rooted in traditional Thai healing practice. Good to know: If you have a preference for firmer pressure, communicate this clearly to your therapist at the start of the session, as pressure levels can vary between staff. Arriving a few minutes early is advisable, and booking ahead during the high season months of November through February is recommended to secure your preferred time slot.

Visitor Reviews
If you’re in Koh Samui and looking for an excellent foot massage, this is the place to go. I had the best foot massage ever by Miss Gift. She was polite, welcoming, and very professional. The massage was so relaxing that I even fell asleep. I have visited many massage spas across Thailand, but this was by far the best foot massage I’ve ever had. I will definitely return when I visit Koh Samui again. Thank you, Miss Gift!
I’ve been to 20+ massage shops in Koh Samui and this is amongst the top 3🙌🏽 This place is double the usual price (350 baht is standard price for a 60 minute massage - this place was 650 baht), but it was worth the penny. I understand that there’s a big difference between different massage therapists, but I highly recommend Kob. The deep tissue massage she did was perfect and exactly what I was looking for.
Too many fake negative reviews should come from other competitors! I can say that this is the best massage in Samui. The staff here are well-trained. If you feel that he is not strong enough, you must tell him. The interior design is beautiful. It is almost impossible to find a better shop in Samui. 👍👍👍👍👍👍

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
