Safarine Tours Kanchanaburi
Safarine Tours is a well-regarded tour agency based on Mae Nam Kwae Road in Kanchanaburi, specialising in guided day trips and multi-day itineraries that take in the region's most celebrated natural attractions. Popular packages combine visits to Erawan National Park's tiered waterfalls with ethical elephant encounters and river adventures, offering a fuller picture of Kanchanaburi beyond its wartime history. The agency's guides, including Lisa and Dao who are frequently named in visitor feedback, are praised for their knowledge, warmth, and attentiveness with families and young children alike. Tours are well-organised and typically include meals, with guides providing local food recommendations and cultural context throughout. Multi-day itineraries are also available for travellers who want a more in-depth experience of the region. The early-start structure of some tours, such as arriving at Erawan Falls before the crowds, adds practical value that independent travel can be difficult to replicate. Good to know: Safarine Tours operates seven days a week from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, making it straightforward to book around any travel schedule. Advance booking through safarine.com is strongly recommended to secure a spot and clarify tour options, inclusions, and meeting points. Kanchanaburi's climate is hot and humid, so lightweight clothing, water, and sun protection are advisable for outdoor activities. Tours are noted as family-friendly and suitable for young children.

Visitor Reviews
Excellent day out with Lisa on The Erawan, Elephants & River Adventure (K-102) tour. Getting up to the waterfalls before the crowds arrive is a definite plus, slightly cooler as well. A tasty lunch, followed by the visit to the elephant sanctuary, prepare to get wet. Finishing with a long boat cruise starting and finishing at the bridge. Thanks Safarine.
Absolutely fantastic experience! An outstanding tour guide Lisa, incredibly knowledgeable and engaging. The tour was packed with valuable insights and authentic recommendations, including genuine local spots, charming shops, and excellent restaurants. I highly recommend it!

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
