DN Wellness Massage
Situated in the Su Thep area of Mueang Chiang Mai, DN Wellness Massage has built a strong following among both visitors and locals for its professional approach to therapeutic massage and wellness treatments. The spa is conveniently positioned near the popular Nimman neighbourhood, set back from the road in a way that keeps the atmosphere noticeably calm and removed from street noise — a detail regularly appreciated by guests. Visitors can expect a structured, attentive experience from the moment they arrive. Staff use pre-massage intake forms to understand preferences around pressure, target areas, and areas to avoid, ensuring treatments are tailored rather than generic. Aromatherapy massage is among the popular options, and therapists are noted for strong technique and a genuinely attentive approach. The venue also offers parking, and staff communicate through major messaging apps, making bookings straightforward for international travellers. Good to know: The spa operates seven days a week from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, offering flexibility for most itineraries. It can get busy when larger groups arrive simultaneously, so booking in advance is advisable, particularly during Chiang Mai's peak tourist season from November through February. Arriving a few minutes early allows time to complete the pre-massage forms and settle in before the session begins. The website at dnwellnessmassage.com provides current service and pricing information.

Visitor Reviews
I had a genuinely excellent experience at DN Wellness Massage and would highly recommend it. The location is ideal. It’s right by the action in Nimman, but set back from the road, which makes it noticeably calmer and more relaxing than many nearby places. The spa has two buildings, both beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully designed to feel peaceful as soon as you arrive. The staff are attentive, friendly, and professional. It’s easy to find a massage in Chiang Mai. There are so many options. But it’s surprisingly difficult to find a good one. I’ve had many massages that were painful and not enjoyable because the therapist didn’t seem to have the skill to apply pressure without hurting the muscles. That ability feels rare and not easily taught. I was very fortunate to have Jackie as my therapist. He has that rare skill. I had three massages with him during my trip, including Thai massage and foot/leg massage, and all were excellent. His pressure was strong but never painful, deeply effective, and genuinely relaxing. Jackie is a rare therapist with a special touch, and I recommend him highly. DN Wellness Massage are lucky to have him. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to Chiang Mai. It gets busy, so it’s better to book in advance.
I’ve been to DN Wellness Massage twice now, and overall, it’s a lovely place. It can get a bit busy at times, especially when there’s a large group of customers, but that’s quite normal for a popular spa like this. Everyone here generally understands and respects the basic etiquette of a shared relaxation space. The herbal tea served after the massage is fragrant and elegant not too sweet, just perfect. The local snacks they provide have that authentic, home-style touch, which I really appreciate. What I love most, though, is the view of Doi Suthep from the other building, it truly relaxes both the eyes and the mind.
I cannot express how grateful I am that I visited this place. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the reception staff to the procedures and pre-massage forms that ensure a flawless experience. And the best part: the incredible massage therapist, Jeab. You are truly amazing! Thank you so much for the wonderful time I had during my aromatherapy massage. Please take great care of such an outstanding person on your team. Kasia and Jakub

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
