Think Park Night Market
Situated directly in front of Maya Mall on the fashionable Nimmanahaeminda Road, Think Park Night Market brings a distinctive character to Chiang Mai's night market scene. Unlike the larger, more tourist-heavy Night Bazaar, this spot has a relaxed, neighbourhood feel with a notable Japanese aesthetic influence — reflected in both the design of the space and the presence of Japanese food options alongside Thai street fare. The market draws a mix of locals and travellers, giving it an authentic, lived-in energy. Visitors can browse stalls selling handmade clothing, crafts, and accessories, with the handmade focus lending the market a slightly more curated, upscale edge compared to typical tourist markets. The surrounding area includes cafes, restaurants, and bars — including permanent fixtures that operate beyond the market hours — making it easy to extend the evening. The open-air park setting keeps the atmosphere casual and unhurried. Good to know: The market runs every evening from 8 PM to 10 PM, so there is no need to plan around specific days. Budget-conscious shoppers should be aware that prices lean slightly higher than comparable markets, likely due to the upscale Nimman neighbourhood. Arriving early in the evening tends to mean fewer crowds and more time to browse before stalls begin packing up closer to closing.

Very cool little market. Some restaurants around. Lots of handmade crafty things and handmade clothes, you'll definitely need some extra cash here as its a little but upscale (I think it's because of the location across from Maya Mall). Overall cool little place to walk around and so many photo ops!!

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
