Loft Thai Spa & Wellness - Sukhumvit 24
Housed in a thoughtfully designed loft-style space on Sukhumvit Road 24, this spa and wellness centre delivers a broad range of treatments including Thai massage, facial therapy, foot care, and medical-adjacent wellness services. The interiors are consistently praised for being clean, beautifully presented, and genuinely conducive to relaxation from the moment guests arrive. It is a newer outlet of the established Loft Thai brand, and the quality of its therapists is a recurring highlight — staff are noted for personalising sessions to individual needs rather than applying a generic approach, and for taking time with treatments rather than rushing through them. Visitors can expect a welcoming reception from arrival, with English-speaking staff who communicate clearly and respond helpfully to queries. Individual therapists have drawn specific praise for attentiveness and thoroughness, and the spa's range of services makes it suitable for both recreational visitors and those seeking more targeted relief from muscle tension or fatigue. The atmosphere strikes a balance between polished and unhurried, which distinguishes it from many of Bangkok's higher-volume spa options. Good to know: the spa is open every day from 10:00 AM until midnight, giving travellers with full daytime schedules genuine flexibility for evening appointments. The Sukhumvit 24 location is accessible via the BTS Skytrain. As this is a recently opened outlet, mapping applications may not yet locate the exact address reliably — the team is responsive and can assist with directions when contacted directly. Booking ahead is advisable, as other branches of the same brand are known to fill quickly.

Visitor Reviews
Absolutely fantastic experience at Loft Thai Massage. Vida was incredible — she really took the time to focus on every sore muscle and made sure nothing was rushed or overlooked. What truly stood out was her mindfulness: she regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was just right, which made the whole session feel very personalized and comfortable. I walked out feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free — the kind of massage that actually works, not just feels nice in the moment. Huge shout-out as well to John and Sakura, who were warm, welcoming, and highly professional from start to finish. The whole team creates a calm, caring atmosphere that makes you want to come back immediately. Highly recommended — this place is a gem. 💆♀️✨
I had a really nice experience at Loft Thai Spa. The place is clean, calm, and beautifully designed, which makes it easy to relax as soon as you walk in. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage was great, very professional and done with the right pressure. The therapist clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt so relaxed afterward. Everything felt well taken care of, from the service to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I’d definitely recommend Loft Thai Spa if you’re looking for a good Thai massage in the Sukhumvit area, and I would happily come back again.
Wonderful experience. Booked at the last minute and they suggested Sukhumvit 24 outlet since others were fully booked. Couldn’t find the exact location on Grab as the outlet is newly opened but they mentioned it was near the Phrom Phong BTS. I tried their 2 hr Aromatherapy Massage while my bestie did the 1 hr Aromatherapy + 1 hr facial. We both loved it. The end of the session was unexpected where we were served not only tea, but some Thai desserts which were so good. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
