Loft Thai Spa & Wellness - Sukhumvit 24
Housed in a thoughtfully designed loft-style space on Sukhumvit Road 24, this well-regarded spa and wellness centre combines traditional Thai massage and beauty treatments with a calm, contemporary atmosphere. The venue offers a broad range of services including Thai massage, facial treatments, and foot care, delivered by staff that visitors consistently describe as professional, attentive, and genuinely skilled. The clean, beautifully designed interiors make a strong first impression, and the unhurried approach to treatments — therapists are noted for thoroughness rather than rushing sessions — sets it apart from many of Bangkok's busier spa options. Guests can expect a welcoming environment from arrival, with friendly reception staff who communicate well in English. Individual therapists have drawn particular praise for personalising sessions to address specific concerns rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach. The spa also offers foot care and medical-adjacent wellness services, broadening its appeal beyond purely recreational treatments. Good to know: the spa operates seven days a week from 10:00 AM until midnight, offering real flexibility for travellers with packed itineraries or irregular schedules. The Sukhumvit 24 location is well served by the BTS Skytrain, making it straightforward to reach from most central Bangkok hotels. This is a newer outlet of the Loft Thai brand, so mapping apps may not yet pinpoint the exact address accurately — the staff are responsive and can assist with directions if needed. Booking ahead is advisable, as other branches of the same brand have been noted to fill up quickly.

Visitor Reviews
Absolutely fantastic experience at Loft Thai Massage. Vida was incredible — she really took the time to focus on every sore muscle and made sure nothing was rushed or overlooked. What truly stood out was her mindfulness: she regularly checked in to make sure the pressure was just right, which made the whole session feel very personalized and comfortable. I walked out feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and pain-free — the kind of massage that actually works, not just feels nice in the moment. Huge shout-out as well to John and Sakura, who were warm, welcoming, and highly professional from start to finish. The whole team creates a calm, caring atmosphere that makes you want to come back immediately. Highly recommended — this place is a gem. 💆♀️✨
I had a really nice experience at Loft Thai Spa. The place is clean, calm, and beautifully designed, which makes it easy to relax as soon as you walk in. The staff were friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The massage was great, very professional and done with the right pressure. The therapist clearly knew what they were doing, and I felt so relaxed afterward. Everything felt well taken care of, from the service to the atmosphere. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I’d definitely recommend Loft Thai Spa if you’re looking for a good Thai massage in the Sukhumvit area, and I would happily come back again.
Wonderful experience. Booked at the last minute and they suggested Sukhumvit 24 outlet since others were fully booked. Couldn’t find the exact location on Grab as the outlet is newly opened but they mentioned it was near the Phrom Phong BTS. I tried their 2 hr Aromatherapy Massage while my bestie did the 1 hr Aromatherapy + 1 hr facial. We both loved it. The end of the session was unexpected where we were served not only tea, but some Thai desserts which were so good. Will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
