It's not a place that shouts. The tone is quiet and careful, and it earns that. Ninety minutes is about right, more if you read everything, and plenty of people do.
It suits anyone with an interest in the war or the wider question of what conflict does to ordinary people. Children may find it heavy going. The Kanchanaburi War Cemetery is close by, and most people pair the two.
