Visitor Reviews
I don’t usually write reviews, but this one truly matters. Our stay was exceptional for one reason alone: Melody. Melody arranged everything - all the activities, transportation, drivers, timings - absolutely every detail of our trip. She did this after hours and on her days off, responding to messages immediately from early morning until midnight. At no point did we feel unattended or uncertain; she was always there. We are a family of seven from the UAE, and travelling with a family this size is never simple. Melody made it seamless. Effortless. This was, without question, the most amazing trip we have ever taken. I will return to this hotel specifically because of her. We travel alot and I have never experienced service like this before - so personal, so committed, and so genuinely caring. I would 100% recommend this hotel because of Melody alone. She is exceptional and an absolute credit to the hotel. Thank you, Melody. You made our trip unforgettable!
Beautiful villas with relaxing aura hidden in Kamala, Phuket. The location in excellent if you want to explore the island during the day but come back to the hotel and take a break from the hustle in the evening. Villas are spacious and luxurious, members of the staff are friendly and available if needed but don't impose themselves. The overall design makes it possible to go a week without seing (and hearing) other guests. Food was delicious and always delivered to the villa on time. Big applause for the e-concierge app(!). We spent the most relaxing, romantic week here for our 10th wedding anniversary and would love to come back someday soon.
Overall, we had a very nice stay. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always willing to assist, which really made a difference and is one of the highlights of the experience. That said, the location of the hotel is not ideal and feels a bit inconvenient if you want to move around easily. Communication was also a challenge at times — the application used to communicate with guests isn’t very effective, which led to several instances of miscommunication from their end. Breakfast is another area that really needs improvement. The variety is quite limited, and the food doesn’t feel very fresh compared to what you’d expect from a resort at this level. Despite these points, the stay was still enjoyable overall, mainly thanks to the staff and the general atmosphere.

Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
