Visitor Reviews
This is a large mall with a great variety of outlets and a solid food court. I only visited the -1 floor food court, but it was a great experience, credit card payments accepted, delicious fried fish with a huge portion, and very friendly staff. Prices for snacks were mostly around 100 THB, which felt affordable and tasty. The mall itself is huge, clean, and well-organized. Bathrooms were very clean, and it’s a perfect place to escape the heat or rain. There’s also a Big C, Robinson, and plenty of shops for food, daily essentials, clothes, beauty, and just relaxing. Parking is a big plus in such a busy area. The streets outside are extremely crowded, and traffic is intense. Be careful with tuk-tuks, as they often overcharge tourists even for short distances. Overall, a great stop if you want a break from the chaos of nearby beach and nightlife areas. Definitely worth visiting.
Jungceylon Mall in Phuket is, without exaggeration, the largest shopping mall I have ever seen in my life. The place is absolutely massive, with an incredible variety of shops, from well-known international brands to local markets where you can find clothes and items at much more affordable prices. There are countless stores, markets, and spaces to explore, making it not just a shopping destination but a full experience on its own. You can easily spend hours walking around, browsing, and enjoying the atmosphere. I highly recommend visiting Jungceylon Mall, even if you’re not planning to shop — the experience alone is more than worth it.
Great place for spending some time with family and kids. You can also get massage in the basement or from automatic massage chairs on the first floor. There are also many options of buying cute stuff at kiosks outside. Great for pictures as well as everything is vibrantly decorated.

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
