Visitor Reviews
I arrived at 18:00 and the show didn’t start until 21:00, so the waiting time was very long, even though there are shops and activities to walk around. The show itself is amazing — full of color, energy, and a nice mix of history and magic that tells the story of Kamala in a beautiful way. The only part I really didn’t like was the use of animals, especially elephants. It doesn’t align with animal-rights values, and I personally believe the show would be even better without involving any animals. There is a strict phone policy, and you must leave your phone before entering, but the process is very organized and quick. It took me only two minutes to get my phone back after the show. Dinner is optional, and you can include it if you want.
The show was fantastic, and the animals appeared to be well cared for. The grounds were clean and well-maintained. There were numerous activities available to keep us entertained before the main performance. We opted to dine at the venue, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of choices.
Cultural theme park. Lovely place to visit. Large banquet hall with buffet. Food was good with decent variety and unlimited serves. Theatre show was a very entertaining history based performance with singing, dance and animal performance. Fun place to visit, good for families with children.

Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
