Nice Massage
Sitting in the heart of Pai, this massage studio stands out among the town's many wellness options for its clean, elegantly decorated interior and professional presentation. Staff wear matching uniforms and maintain a polished, welcoming environment that feels a step above the typical casual spa found along Pai's main strip. Specialties include oil massage, back and neck work, and therapeutic treatments, with visitors frequently noting the firm, effective pressure applied during sessions. Prices run slightly higher than neighbouring establishments — visitors report paying around 400 baht for a one-hour oil massage — but many find the elevated setting and attentive service justify the difference. Experiences can vary depending on the therapist, so it is worth communicating specific needs clearly at the time of booking, particularly if targeting problem areas such as the neck, shoulders, or upper back. Good to know: No website or confirmed opening hours are currently listed, so calling ahead or dropping in to book is the most reliable approach. As with most independent massage studios in Pai, carrying small Thai baht notes for cash payment is recommended. The central location makes it easy to combine with a walk around town, and arriving early in the day can help secure a preferred time slot during busy periods.

Visitor Reviews
Best massage in Pai. The place is so beautiful really lovely decoration and the massage are amazing, good pressure, strong enough. It was perfect. I highly recommend. It's more expensive than other places but you were welcoming and the bed are good one where you can put you head and after you have a tea. 10000% worth it
Amazing neck and back massage! 100 more than other places but could possibly be worth it! The place is very nice and clean, they’re all dressed the same. It’s fairly on the elegant side. It’s right next to the hair salon, it can be kind of hidden because there’s something that blocks the name from the street
The best massage I got in my life!! Place is beautiful clean and the ladies are sooo nice!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
