Pai Zipline

4.8(222 reviews)

Set in the lush hills surrounding Pai in Mae Hong Son province, this zipline operation offers an aerial perspective of the region's dense jungle canopy. Open every day from 8:30am to 5:00pm, it caters to all experience levels — including those who are normally hesitant about height-based activities — with a strong emphasis on safety protocols and professionally trained staff. Sessions typically run around 90 minutes and are conducted in small groups, keeping the experience personal rather than rushed. What consistently stands out in visitor accounts is the character of the crew: guides are described as both genuinely funny and reassuringly safety-conscious, striking a balance that puts nervous participants at ease. The surrounding scenery — jungle terrain with panoramic views of the Pai valley — adds to the experience beyond the activity itself. The operation has also earned praise for small moments of goodwill, including helping visitors with unexpected problems like broken bicycles. For practical planning, early morning slots offer cooler temperatures and tend to be less crowded. Wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and athletic clothing suitable for outdoor and potentially muddy jungle conditions. Pricing and specific course details are not listed publicly, so checking the website at paizipline.com before visiting is recommended — particularly during the rainy season, when weather may affect availability.

Visitor Reviews

We visited the Paige Zipline today and it was our favourite thing that we did in the whole of Pai! The staff were so sweet and very funny during our activity, always making sure we were safe. Would 1000% recommend, it’s very affordable the early morning slots are the best as they are quiet and not too hot. If we were here longer we would definitely do the 22 platform course! Thank you so much 💜

Hot of the press .......... My son and I loved this today, a small group of 4 and it didn't feel rushed at all. The atmosphere was professional, friendly and safe! Our surroundings were stunning and the opportunity to catch it all was given! If you love this sort of thing, you will not be disappointed

Had so much fun today! We were a group of 4 friends visiting Pai(Thaïland). We got there early and we're able to book a full zip line experience. Staff were funny and very professional. We had so much fun. Bring sunscreen, comfy clothes, cash and an action camera! Have fun!

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours

Vet Elephant Sanctuaries

Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.

Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide

These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.

Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning

Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
