The Spa at Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve
Nestled within the Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Krabi, this spa offers an immersive wellness experience where natural surroundings and refined architecture come together in genuine harmony. Perched beside the scenic Phulay Bay, the facility combines world-class treatments with sweeping water views, creating an atmosphere that feels both restorative and distinctly Thai.
Guests can expect a well-appointed facility with a sauna, steam room, hot water massage pool, and a dedicated relaxation room. A broad selection of massage and treatment options is available, delivered by therapists consistently praised for their warmth and attentiveness. The surrounding resort also features a Thai restaurant that draws strong praise from visitors, making it easy to extend a wellness visit into a full day of relaxation on the property.
Given the secluded nature of the location, there is little in the immediate vicinity beyond the resort itself, so visitors are advised to plan accordingly and allow ample time to enjoy everything on offer. This is a destination best suited to those seeking an unhurried, self-contained retreat rather than a quick treatment stop. Advance booking is recommended, particularly for those travelling during peak season, to secure preferred treatment times and avoid disappointment.

Reviews from Google
Immaculately maintained facility, with a nice setup of sauna, hot water massage pool, steam room, and a relaxation room. Super friendly and helpful staff, and a wide selection of different massages and skin treatments.
Incredible treatment in an outstanding environment, where nature and architecture married harmoniously
Worth a visit. The view of the Phulay Bay is stunning. The Thai restaurant in the hotel is great. There is nothing around the hotel so make a plan to stay in the hotel and enjoy it. And don't miss the (free) half day trip to Hong Island. The bed is ridiculously large and I don't like it that much.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
