Sarunya Massage
Situated along the busy Chaweng Beach Road in Koh Samui, Sarunya Massage draws a loyal following of both tourists and repeat visitors for its professional therapists and genuinely relaxing atmosphere. The spa offers a range of treatments including traditional Thai massage, aroma body massage, and full pedicure services, making it a versatile stop for travellers looking to unwind during their island stay. Inside, the space delivers on comfort — reviewers highlight the dim, cosy back room with relaxing chairs as a genuine retreat from the heat and activity of Chaweng Beach. Therapists are consistently praised for their attentiveness and skill across different treatment types, and the pricing is considered reasonable for the area, with basic foot massages available at accessible rates. The welcoming front-of-house staff add to an experience that several visitors describe as one of their favourite discoveries on the island. Good to know: Sarunya Massage sits on one of Koh Samui's most trafficked tourist strips, so the walk-in queue can build quickly during peak season. Visiting earlier in the day or on a weekday gives the best chance of securing a preferred time slot without a long wait. The venue offers multiple treatment lengths, so it suits both a quick refresher and a longer, more thorough session.

Visitor Reviews
This is probably one of the nicest places you can go and get a massage. The only disappointment for us is that we didn't find this place earlier in our trip, we found it on our Last Day here. I have very special thanks to Tina, you really knew exactly how and where to apply the perfect amount of pressure during my massage. This place is beautiful, clean, cool and really carming on the eyes during a daytime massage as there is a very dim lit area inside. Thanks to all the team there & another Very Special Thanks to Tina! 🤗BIGGEST HUGS🤗
I had an Aroma body massage today at Sarunya and it was absolutely fantastic! The atmosphere was relaxing, and the therapist, “Bag” did an excellent job. He was very professional and attentive, making sure the pressure was just right throughout the session. I felt completely refreshed and relaxed afterwards. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great massage experience! I will definitely come back 🫶🏻
Great massage place 350 baht for the most basic foot massage. I liked that the back room and cozy chairs and was dark and relaxing! I would come back again! The lady who greets you on the street was only low point, she was not very friendly and kept trying to upsell me more expensive massages. :/

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
