Princess Massage
Located on Soi Solo Bar in the Bo Put area of Koh Samui, Princess Massage is a small, independently run massage establishment that draws a steady clientele through word of mouth. The interior is described by visitors as relaxing and well-maintained, giving it a more considered feel than many comparable spots on the island. The quality of therapists varies, though several masseuses — including one named Kat, frequently recommended by returning guests — are singled out for their skill, technique, and ability to put clients at ease. Visitors report that the standard of massage is generally above average compared to other local options, with some therapists praised for precise, well-calibrated pressure during full body sessions. The venue is easy enough to find despite sitting slightly off the main road, making it accessible without being heavily tourist-facing. That said, prospective visitors should be aware of a practical concern raised in reviews: it is advisable to confirm the specific service and price before your session begins, and to get any agreement clarified clearly to avoid billing surprises at checkout. There have also been reports of limited service availability on certain visits, with staff steering guests toward particular treatments. Going in with a clear idea of what you want and confirming it upfront will help ensure a straightforward experience.

Visitor Reviews
I was recommended Princess by a friend. It's not on the main road but just off and easy to find. My masseur was a lovely lady called Kat (Who my friend had also recommended), she made me feel very relaxed before the massage and spoke very good English. I had a Thai Oil massage which I can safely say is in top three Thai massages of all time. The masseur was properly trained and combined gentle massage with manipulation. I tried a few other Massages while I was in Samui and this was by far the best. If you're in Samui I thoroughly recommend a massage here
One of the better massage places, nice relaxing well maintained interior. Some masseuses are great some are OK, generally their level is quite good and above other places we tried. Recommended!
Very good experience @ Princess massage where I could enjoy full body massage with Lemon. She’s really an expert as well on the technical part (massage was precise with perfect strength) as on the more sensual part which was delicious. On top of this Lemon is a very nice person with good English talking. Thank you Lemon 👌

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
