อันนานวดเพื่อสุขภาพเชียงราย Anna Thai massage ChiangRai
Tucked into the Wiang district of central Chiang Rai, Anna Thai Massage is a well-regarded spa offering traditional Thai massage treatments in a clean, calm environment. The venue draws a loyal mix of tourists and returning locals, and its consistently positive reputation reflects the quality of its therapists, who are noted for strong, skilled hands and attentive technique. Treatments on offer include coconut oil massage and back and shoulder massage, with therapists also offering more intensive bodywork such as standing pressure techniques for guests who request deeper relief. The atmosphere sets this place apart from more commercialised options in the area. Guests are welcomed with tea after their treatment, wi-fi is available during foot massages, and visitors have been pleasantly surprised by small gifts such as zippered purses — thoughtful touches that make the experience feel genuinely hospitable rather than transactional. The space itself is noted for its pleasant ambience and cleanliness. Good to know: Specific opening hours and pricing are not listed online, so it is worth calling ahead or checking with your accommodation before visiting. Sessions are available in shorter durations, with 30-minute back and shoulder massages mentioned by visitors, making this a practical stop even with a tight itinerary. During peak tourist season in Chiang Rai, booking in advance is advisable to secure a preferred time slot.

Visitor Reviews
My husband and I each had an excellent 30-minute back and shoulder massage. My masseuse had strong hands, massaged my back, neck, arms, and asked if she could stand on my legs and glutes to massage them too. She did an amazing massage. They provided tea and a lovely little gift at the end. I would return if I stayed in Chiang Rai longer.
Excellent service, one of the nicer ambience in the area, and clean environment. Served tea and given zipped purses. Wifi provided which you can use while having the foot massage. Will come back again in the next few days ☺️
I had a coconut oil massage here. The massage itself was quite relaxing. At the end they kindly offered water and even gave a small wallet as a gift, which was a nice gesture.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
