Strong hands are the reason to come here. Review after review mentions therapists who work properly into the back, neck and arms, and who'll ask if they can stand on your legs and glutes for deeper pressure. Say yes if you want it, say no if you don't. Either way, this isn't the kind of place that phones in a rub-down while watching the clock.
The extras are what people remember. Tea at the end, sometimes water, and a small zippered purse or wallet handed over as a parting gift. Wi-fi works while you're having a foot massage, which is a small thing but it means you're not stuck staring at the ceiling. Coconut oil massage and back and shoulder work both come up often, and a 30-minute back and shoulder is enough to fix a day of sitting on buses. The room is clean and calm, which puts it well ahead of the more assembly-line shops around central Chiang Rai.

Reviews from Google
My husband and I each had an excellent 30-minute back and shoulder massage. My masseuse had strong hands, massaged my back, neck, arms, and asked if she could stand on my legs and glutes to massage them too. She did an amazing massage. They provided tea and a lovely little gift at the end. I would return if I stayed in Chiang Rai longer.
I had a coconut oil massage here. The massage itself was quite relaxing. At the end they kindly offered water and even gave a small wallet as a gift, which was a nice gesture.
Just had the best massage I’ve ever had. And so lovely with the tea after. Big thanks! 🙏🏻

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
Try a Herbal Compress
Add a herbal compress (luk pra kob) to your massage — steamed bundles of lemongrass, turmeric, and camphor pressed into sore muscles. It's deeply therapeutic and uniquely Thai. Usually just 200–300 THB extra.
