De Relax Massage เดอ รีแลกซ์ นวดเพื่อสุขภาพ
De Relax Massage sits on Phaholyothin Road in the heart of Wiang, Chiang Rai, offering health-focused Thai massage at prices that consistently impress visitors. With treatments ranging from traditional Thai deep tissue and acupressure styles to coconut oil and Thai balm massages, the venue caters to a range of preferences rather than offering a one-size-fits-all menu. Reviewers note that therapists adapt their techniques thoughtfully, blending acupressure and long-stroke oil work depending on what the client needs. The atmosphere leans practical and therapeutic rather than luxury-oriented. Guests receive private rooms with dim lighting and soft music, creating a calm environment without unnecessary frills. Staff are consistently described as professional and attentive, with specific praise for targeted work on problem areas like neck and shoulder tension. Pricing is a notable draw, with promotional rates on foot massages and hour-long oil treatments available at very reasonable baht prices. Good to know: The centre opens at 11 AM and runs until 11 PM every day of the week, which makes it a convenient option for evening wind-downs after a full day of sightseeing. Promotions on certain treatments appear to change periodically, so checking their Facebook page before visiting is worthwhile for current pricing and availability. Walk-ins are generally accommodated, but booking ahead during busier travel periods is advisable, particularly if visiting as a group or with specific treatment requests.

Visitor Reviews
I have been several place in BKK for massage but i had the best experience in here. We were 2 kid and 2 adults. Everybody left happy and relaxed. Thank you
The best Thai massage I had so far!! I asked just shoulder and neck because I feel a lot of tension there! Such a relief!! The lady (I didn’t know her name) but she is small, short hair… Did great!! I love it!! And everyone else was friendly!
We had great massages here! I got the Thai balm massage (350 baht for 1 hour), and my boyfriend got a foot massage (promotion 180 baht for 30 min). The price was great, staff was kind, and we would recommend!

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
