De Relax Massage

4.7(229 reviews)

If you want a proper massage rather than a spa experience, this is the sort of place I'd point you to. The menu covers traditional Thai deep tissue and acupressure, coconut oil, and Thai balm, and the therapists seem happy to mix styles depending on what your body needs. Reviewers who know what they like talk about firm pressure that stops short of punishing, and about asking for neck and shoulders specifically and getting exactly that.

Prices are the other draw. Promotional rates have run at 350 baht for an hour of coconut oil or Thai balm work, and 180 baht for a half-hour foot massage. Rooms are private, with dim lighting and soft music, so it's calm without being fussy about it. Families do fine here, kids included. No fancy touches, no long welcome ritual, just the massage.

Reviews from Google

I have been several place in BKK for massage but i had the best experience in here. We were 2 kid and 2 adults. Everybody left happy and relaxed. Thank you

We had great massages here! I got the Thai balm massage (350 baht for 1 hour), and my boyfriend got a foot massage (promotion 180 baht for 30 min). The price was great, staff was kind, and we would recommend!

End February 2026 | Opted for the 1 hrs Thai deep tissue massage; a bit of Thai massage (acupressure style) and a bit with oil (long strokes style). I have undergone many massages, so I know what I like. The masseuse was firm and did not massage too strong, which felt good. A proper massage for a good price. Recommended!

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas

Learn Wat Pho First

Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.

Communicate Pressure Preferences

Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.

Book Longer Sessions

A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
