DeepSense Massage - Pra Singh
Situated on Rachadamnoen Road in the heart of Chiang Mai's Old City, this massage spa distinguishes itself from the area's many wellness offerings through its professional standards, clean surroundings, and genuinely skilled therapists. The intimate atmosphere feels noticeably more polished than a typical street-side parlour, and the staff are known for their warmth and attentiveness from the moment guests arrive. Treatments include traditional Thai massage, aroma oil full-body massage, and herbal wellness sessions incorporating hot herbal compresses and therapeutic oils — all carried out in private, whisper-quiet rooms. The team holds recognised certifications, which staff are willing to present on request, offering reassurance for travellers who want confidence in the credentials of their therapist. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, whether the goal is deep muscle relief, relaxation, or recovery from long days of sightseeing. Good to know: DeepSense Massage is open every day from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, making it easy to slot into any itinerary. The central location puts it within easy walking distance of temples, the old city walls, and the Sunday Walking Street. Booking in advance through the website is advisable, particularly between November and February when visitor numbers in Chiang Mai are at their peak. For traditional Thai massage, loose and comfortable clothing is recommended as treatments are typically performed fully clothed.

Visitor Reviews
Came here twice in three days! Would highly recommend - super five star service, really friendly staff who make you feel comfortable and the massage is worth every penny! I had the Aroma Oil Full Body
Service was great. They were not pushy and everything inside was clean. They also showed us their certification when we asked for it (we had read online that some of them were not licensed and we should avoid those ones). Staff were friendly. I did the traditional thai massage 1 hour. They start with cleaning your feet, then proceed upstairs to get the massage. At the end, they give you green tea and some traditional Thai sweets
The best massage experience! From the moment you step inside, they greet you with a smile and so much kindness. They welcome you with a glass of water, and the entire staff is very friendly. They really respect your privacy, and the ladies who do the massages are very kind and have amazing hands to get rid of all the knots and stress in your back! The place is very hygienic. If you have the chance to come, take it, i guarantee you won’t regret it 😁 Also at the end, you get some thai candy and a tea.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
