Sabai Tour Chiang Mai
Located on Rachadamnoen Road in the heart of Chiang Mai, Sabai Tour is a well-regarded tour and travel agency that helps visitors make the most of their time in northern Thailand. The agency covers a wide range of activities, from elephant sanctuary visits and jungle trekking to ziplining, rafting, waterfall trips, and cultural temple tours. Staff are notably hands-on in matching travellers to the right experiences, sourcing competitive prices, and even securing hard-to-find tickets for events like the Chiang Mai Lantern Festival. The agency has built a strong reputation around personalised service, with repeat mentions of specific staff members — particularly Sasi and Alisa — who are praised for their responsiveness, clear communication in English, and attention to detail. Travellers report that enquiries are often answered within minutes, and that itineraries across multiple days can be arranged smoothly through a single point of contact. The office operates extended hours seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and Saturdays, and until 9:00 PM on Sundays. Good to know: Booking in advance is strongly recommended during peak season, which runs from November through February, when popular tours and events fill quickly. Travellers planning several days of activities can ask staff to bundle bookings, which may result in better pricing than booking each tour separately. Full details on available tours and pricing can be found at sabaitour.com before visiting the office in person.

Visitor Reviews
This is definitely the right place for tours and activities! I joined the elephant sanctuary and hiking tours both were incredible. Sasi explains everything with great care and attention to detail. It’s more than just a tour it’s a meaningful and enriching experience. Everything was well organized, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. If you’re in the area, this is something you absolutely shouldn’t miss!
We used Sabai tours to book an elephant sanctuary tour and a temple tour. The owner got us a better deal than 2 other tour agencies we looked at, she spoke very good English and was easy to understand. She was very good at explaining the different packages on offer and gave us some good advice on what to do outside of our tour bookings. Would definitely recommend using this lady. Very helpful
Sasi is incredibly helpful and responsive, always replying within minutes. We booked different activities through her for 4 days, and she offered very reasonable prices. Everything was perfectly organized, and the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I would happily recommend her to anyone planning a trip to Chiang Mai—she truly made my trip memorable.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
