This Is Burger - Street Food
This Is Burger has earned a loyal following among both locals and visitors looking for a serious burger at an unlikely hour. Operating as a street food vendor in the Ratsada area of central Phuket, this unassuming setup consistently surprises first-timers with the quality of its offerings — beef, pork, and chicken burgers built around homemade, well-seasoned patties that reviewers describe as genuinely comforting and richly flavoured. The double bacon cheeseburger draws particular praise. The atmosphere is exactly what street food in Phuket should be: casual, unpretentious, and focused entirely on the food. There is no table service or polished dining environment, just a walk-up ordering experience and quick, friendly service that regulars clearly appreciate. The food has reportedly been good enough to bring diners back for a second visit on the same night. Good to know: This Is Burger operates Thursday through Tuesday, opening at 8 PM and running until 1:30 AM — making it one of the more practical late-night food options in central Phuket. It is closed on Mondays. Come prepared for a casual, stand-and-wait setup rather than a sit-down experience. Those staying near Phuket Town will find the Thanon Ratsada location straightforward to reach on foot or by taxi, and it fits naturally into an evening of exploring the local food and nightlife scene.

Visitor Reviews
I couldn’t believe at first bite. It’s seem to be plain and non-special burger at this point. But it worth every penny you spend. The patty is homemade seasoned also well grilled before crafted to serve you hand to hand. The moment of friends gathering around the corner after drink, fulfilled yourself for not too full before went back is good! The price is cheaper than McDonalds but this is fresh made! Paired with any drink you can bought from Tops behind hahahaha!
It's wonderful to experience quick service when you are hungry and in a rush. The staff's friendliness always enhances the dining experience and makes you feel welcome. The price point for the burgers is incredibly appealing, especially when the quality is so high. Truly, you will experience some of the best street food that is available. Overall, the combination of these factors creates a memorable meal.
Delicious burgers very well-made movies great ingredients it was so good that 2 hours later we came back for some more. So all in all when you go somewhere to eat twice in the same day then it's damn good

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
