Limelight Phuket

The useful thing here is the timing. Doors open at nine in the morning and stay open until nine at night, every day, with no afternoon shutdown, which puts it in a small group of Phuket Town places you can walk into at three in the afternoon and still get fed properly. If you've been out photographing shophouses since breakfast and lost track of lunch, that matters more than it sounds.

It sits on Thanon Dibuk, right in the old town grid where the Sino-Portuguese facades, heritage buildings and independent shops keep you occupied for a full day on foot. I'd treat it as part of that walk rather than something you cross the island for. There's no beach view and no need for one. The draw is a contemporary room, food that's plated with some care, and a crowd broad enough that it isn't pitched at one type of diner.
