Day & Night Of Phuket
Listed in the Michelin Guide, Day & Night of Phuket has established itself as one of Phuket Town's most respected dining destinations, drawing a loyal mix of locals and visitors to the Talat Yai commercial district. The restaurant blends Thai and fusion cuisine in a setting that reviewers consistently describe as stylish yet cosy, with attentive, professional service to match. The menu leans into bold, well-executed flavours — standouts from visitors include crispy pork belly, slow-cooked pork stew, and beef dishes cooked to order. The cocktail programme draws particular praise, with the mojito and a range of creative drinks repeatedly highlighted as a reason to linger. The kitchen moves quickly even during busy periods, and the atmosphere strikes a balance between relaxed and refined, making it suited to both casual meals and longer evenings out. Good to know: spice levels here reflect authentic Thai heat, so diners who are sensitive to chilli are advised to request "little spicy" when ordering. The restaurant is open every day from 11am to 11:30pm, which makes it a flexible option for late arrivals or those working around a full day of sightseeing in Phuket Town's old town area. Given its Michelin recognition and strong local following, booking ahead or arriving outside peak dinner hours is a sensible precaution.

Visitor Reviews
We had a wonderful dining experience at Day & Night, which is listed in the Michelin Guide in Phuket. The atmosphere is stylish yet cozy, and the service was attentive and professional throughout the evening. We ordered the Bolognese spaghetti, fettuccine carbonara, Caesar salad, and coconut crème brûlée — and we truly enjoyed all of them. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente, and the sauces were well-balanced and flavorful. The carbonara was especially creamy and delicious. The Caesar salad was fresh and satisfying. For dessert, the coconut crème brûlée was outstanding. The coconut flavor was beautifully balanced, and the caramelized sugar topping had the perfect crisp texture. Overall, we were very impressed with both the food and the ambiance. Highly recommended for a lovely dinner in Phuket.
10/10 couldn’t fault a thing. atmosphere was beautiful, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Food came out so quickly, everything was fresh and cooked perfectly! Cocktails were INCREDIBLE! So many beautiful drinks to choose from! Our lovely server Ne was fantastic and made sure everything was perfect! Would visit again! So many other incredible food dishes to try *** visited again! Our server IZE was so kind and lovely! Food came out very quickly! Can’t recommend this place more. Food and atmosphere are incredible
Great mojito. The soup with pork and eggs was delicious. Crispy pork belly was also good. Crispy minced meat was ok but would not order a second time. Curry with pork was a bit too salty for me and taste in general was not the best either. Chocolate lava cake was delicious

Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
