Ten Suns is a braised beef noodle shop on Wisut Kasat Road, in the old city north of Khao San Road, and one of the most loved bowls in the neighborhood. You choose your cut, from cheek, tongue and tendon to shoulder and shank, or take the mixed bowl, in a broth that's aromatic and properly salty. The beef balls are the other order, rich and meaty with extra broth on the side.

The 2026 MICHELIN Guide Thailand gives it a Bib Gourmand, in the guide's cheapest price band. It's open from 09:00 to 16:00, Tuesday to Sunday, closed on Mondays, and it's cash only.
