Bunloet is a street-food stall in a lane off Nakhon Sawan Road, a short walk east of the old city, that has served one bowl on the same recipe for more than forty years. It's egg noodles with charcoal-grilled pork, the pork rump marinated for four hours in soy sauce, sugar, salt and pepper before it goes on the coals, with soft, springy noodles in a pork-bone broth.

The 2026 MICHELIN Guide Thailand gives it a Bib Gourmand and files it as street food, in the guide's cheapest price band. It's open every day from 10:00 to 17:00. It doesn't take bookings and it's cash only, so come with small notes and expect to share a table.
