Mother Marche Supermarket 2
This is where you stock up if you're self-catering in Krabi town or filling a bag before an island day trip. It's a neighbourhood supermarket, not a hypermarket, so don't expect the sprawl of the Big C and Tesco out on the airport road. What it does have is competitive pricing, a decent spread of Thai and imported goods, snacks, toiletries, and a wholesale section at the back with the big multipacks. There's a proper car park alongside, which matters more than it sounds when you're carrying a week's shopping on a scooter. A Five Star fried chicken stand sits out front if the shopping has made you hungry.
Two things I'd flag, both from reviewers rather than nitpicking. Check the packaging and dates on refrigerated meat carefully. And one shopper reported buying sunscreen here that didn't work as it should, so buy sun protection at a pharmacy instead. Neither ruins the place, but they're worth knowing before you fill the trolley.

Wow that good price !!! Near by city alot of product and back side they have big pack for wholesale also great car park
my scooter broke down next to it so…..good food, pretty small market:))
This shop sells fake sunscreen. Used it once and got a crazy sunburn in the shadow. With other sunscreens I never had that problem. So the product is definitely scam with wrong ingredients!!!

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
