Mother Marche Supermarket 2
Situated on Maharaj Road in Pak Nam, this supermarket serves as a practical stop for travellers and locals alike, stocking groceries, snacks, toiletries, and a range of both Thai and imported products. Its central Krabi town location makes it a convenient option for self-catering visitors or anyone needing to restock before a day trip to the islands or surrounding areas. A wholesale section at the back caters to bulk buyers, and the adjacent car park makes it easy to access by scooter or car. Prices are generally competitive, and the product variety is reasonable for a neighbourhood supermarket, though visitors should note it is smaller in scale than larger retailers such as Big C or Tesco located on the road toward Krabi Airport. The store offers a more local shopping experience away from tourist-oriented outlets, and reviewers highlight good value across most product categories. A few cautions are worth keeping in mind: some reviewers have raised concerns about the quality of refrigerated meat products, so it pays to check packaging and freshness carefully. One review also flagged a counterfeit sunscreen product, so travellers should purchase sun protection from pharmacies or trusted retailers rather than relying on supermarket brands. Opening hours are not officially listed, so it is advisable to confirm timings before making a special trip.

Visitor Reviews
Wow that good price !!! Near by city alot of product and back side they have big pack for wholesale also great car park
Decent supermarket with a good sized parking area adjacent. Variety is pretty good considering although not as much as the Big C and Tesco supermarkets on the way to the airport. There is a Five Star fried chicken stand out the front as well.
my scooter broke down next to it so…..good food, pretty small market:))

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
