Shambhala Grand Villa - Private Pool Villas by Escape Villas

The room was very nice, clean, and new. It was just a bit small for three people. Two adults and one child would be very comfortable. We stayed as three adults, and we only had some difficulty when opening the suitcases. Other than that, everything was great. Thank you, it was very nice overall.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. The place is very comfortable, clean, and well maintained. Everything was exactly as described, and the villa has a calm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The team was very responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Even when small issues came up, they handled everything professionally and with care, which we really appreciated. The location is great, and the villa itself is perfect for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to return in the future. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Shambala villas. We chose one with a garden to gain a sense of space as there was no view. The garden was immaculate. Escape villas helped us to gain a slightly earlier check in time as our flight from Singapore was very early. The staff who attend to the villas are exceptional. Gardeners. Cleaners. Concierge. Then there was Gamm. On our last day after 8 nights in a two bed pool villa our hire car fully loaded would not start. Gamm took over. She called SIXT to sort out their collectionnofvthevhire car. Next she re routed our private transfer from the airport to our villa for delivery to chaleong pier to catch our speedboat to the next stop The Racha on Racha island. She truly saved the day and is fluent in languages. A true asset to the company. Regarding the villa. Gardens beautiful and lend a sense of space. Two seperate bedroom bathroom buildings exactly the same save for a tv which we would never watch on holiday. Immaculate housekeeping and request for extra mattress topper honoured. Main building. Comfy settees in lounge end. Dining table for six. Extra toilet. Outside washing machine. Car park space behind closed door. The one weakness the kitchen. At best just about adequate. No dishwasher. Only cold water supply to our kitchen sink so water had to be boiled to wash dishes. The bare minimum in utensils, dishes and glasses. Nothing from any previous guest was left. No salt no pepper no oil no serviettes, no foil, no cling film. No kitchen towel. Come on for £6600 for 8 nights you can resolve these issues. But no dishwasher and only cold water to kitchen sink that’s not good. The whole point of taking this size villa for just us two is that occasionally we like to stay in and cook. Our request for a garlic press fell on deaf ears….. we don’t supply one. Having said that we would still recommend Shambala villas but please sort out the poorly equipped kitchen!!!!!!
