Compare prices
Tucked into a quiet, green setting just a short walk from Pai's famous Walking Street and the river, Family House @ Pai offers individually styled huts and rooms that blend comfortable, relaxed living with easy access to the town's main attractions. The property strikes a balance that many travellers find hard to come by — genuinely peaceful surroundings without the inconvenience of being far from everything. Guests frequently note the well-maintained gardens, the inviting outdoor pool, and the warm, attentive service from staff. Rooms are spacious by guesthouse standards, with balconies and daily housekeeping included. The on-site restaurant serves breakfast that past guests have praised warmly, making for an easy start to the day. Bathrooms are functional and basic rather than luxurious, so travellers prioritising style over comfort may want to set expectations accordingly. The property is particularly well suited to families, as connecting room options are available, and the grounds offer a relaxing environment for all ages. Reception operates daily from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, so travellers planning late arrivals should arrange check-in details in advance. The Facebook page listed on the property's website is the primary online presence, making it the best place to reach out for reservations or enquiries. Pai itself is most comfortably visited during the cool dry season between November and February, though the property's greenery and pool make it an appealing base in the warmer months as well.

Visitor Reviews
We stayed for 17 nights in November. It was a good stay! And we would return. This is why; - the rooms are comfortable as is the bed. It was cleaned every day and we got two bottles of water every day as well. - the location is superb! It is so close to walking street yet it is very peaceful and serene. You can’t hear any noise from walking street at night and in the morning it is very lovely to wake up beside the river and have a view of the mountains. - the staff is very friendly and accommodating - there are three very friendly cats. Sticky rice particularly liked us and slept in our laps nearly every day at the pool or on our balcony. - the pool area is very nice with lots of plants and shade. The pool is refreshing and clean! Some room for improvement; - adding pillows to the sun beds at the pool would really make them much more comfortable. Especially if you want to hang out by the pool longer the sun beds were a bit uncomfortable. - there was a curtain missing from our room (room 1) - the fridge made so much noise that we really couldn’t use it comfortably. All in all they deserve five stars!
We had a lovely stay at this family house accommodation in Pai! The location is perfect—peaceful yet close enough to walk or scooter into town. The individual huts are surprisingly spacious and well laid-out and we loved having the pool to cool off. The whole place has a laid-back, welcoming vibe, made even better by the friendly staff. Bonus: there are a few adorable cats roaming around the grounds. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful, affordable, and memorable stay in Pai!
A lovely, quiet hotel surrounded by greenery, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The service was friendly and attentive, and the connecting . rooms were perfect for our family. The pool was great. The breakfast was excellent – fresh, nutritious, and thoughtfully prepared, with plenty of fruits and treats to enjoy. The location is very convenient – close enough to Walking Street without being too close to the noise. A great choice for families or anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
