Cape Beach Villas Koh Samui

Tucked away at the end of a quiet road in the Mae Nam district of Koh Samui, Cape Beach Villas is a boutique beachfront villa resort that consistently earns praise for its combination of seclusion, natural beauty, and attentive personal service. The resort sits directly on a stunning stretch of beach, complete with sun loungers and crystal-clear water, making it well suited to travellers seeking a peaceful, unhurried escape from busier parts of the island.
Guests stay in spacious, privately designed villas that are noted for their generous proportions, high-quality finishes, and strong sense of privacy. An on-site restaurant serves food to a consistently high standard, and the staff are frequently highlighted in visitor feedback for their warmth and care throughout a stay. The overall atmosphere leans toward calm and intimate rather than resort-style busy, appealing to couples, families, and anyone looking to genuinely unwind.
Given the resort's secluded location — reached by continuing past the Mimosa Hotel to the end of the road — arriving by taxi or scooter is the most practical option. The resort operates around the clock, and given its small size and strong reputation, booking well in advance is advisable, particularly during the high season between December and March when Koh Samui's Gulf Coast experiences its driest and calmest weather.

Perfect place to unwind! We spent 2 nights here and wished we could have stayed longer! The rooms: we stayed in Villa Coco which was huge and generous in every way. The specification is very high end - including a wine fridge, steamer, and Dyson hair dryer. Bed super comfortable as well. The hotel: the design of the entire hotel is beautiful and boho chic. Every detail even the umbrellas on the beach is lovely and thought through. The infinity pool overlooks the beach and is super clean and just the right temperature. Service is better than in any luxury hotel I’ve stayed in - we asked for an umbrella by the pool and someone moved it around once an hour to make sure we’re still in the shade! The beach: it’s a public beach but with private sun beds just for hotel guests (which the staff guard fiercely from external non- hotel guests). The setting is lovely and sea is beautiful with gentle waves and not too much boat traffic. The beach was quite busy when we were here but it’s also the busiest time a year so probably usually more quiet. The food: breakfast was lovely, a la carte and everything prepared fresh. We had dinner at the beach club one night and it was great quality too. Overall: beautiful experience, great value for money, would definitely recommend!
This hotel is an absolute gem. The villas are spacious, beautifully designed, and offer a sense of privacy and luxury that makes the stay feel truly special. Set right on a stunning beach with crystal-clear water and soft sand, the location is beautiful and incredibly relaxing. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff—every single person was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive, always going out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy. From seamless check-in to thoughtful little touches throughout our stay, everything was handled with care. A perfect destination for anyone looking to unwind in a beautiful setting with exceptional service.
This was the best stay I ever experienced! Beautiful resort and villa with a stunning beach with sunbeds and a lovely restaurant with great food/service. The hotel staff is so friendly and provide great service! A very rich and tasty breakfast with lots of options. For good prices they also provide a rental scooter at the door. Just perfect, would recommend!
