Compare prices
Lanna Bonita Boutique Hotel is a well-regarded lodging option situated just outside the heart of Chiang Mai's Old Town, on Thanon Bumrung Buri in the Phra Sing district. The hotel draws guests looking for a characterful, intimate stay with personal touches, and its consistently high ratings reflect strong guest satisfaction across cleanliness, comfort, and service. Rooms range from private doubles to bunk-bed configurations suited to families or small groups, making it a flexible choice for different travel styles. Guests frequently highlight the complimentary perks, including free drinks and snacks available throughout the day near reception, as well as a well-stocked pantry with bottled water, coffee, and instant noodles. The on-site café earns particular praise for its brunch menu, and hotel guests receive a 10% discount coupon for use there. Check-in is noted as smooth and efficient, with staff described as friendly and helpful. Worth noting is that the hotel sits on a busy road, which a small number of guests have flagged as a potential noise concern, so light sleepers may want to request a quieter room or bring earplugs. While not positioned at the very centre of the Old Town, food stalls, shops, and local attractions are within reasonable walking distance. For those visiting Chiang Mai and prioritising a clean, comfortable base with genuine hospitality and on-site dining, this hotel offers a practical and pleasant option.

Visitor Reviews
We had the pleasure of staying here for 3 nights, check in was quick and easy (the room was also ready early which was great). Once we got to the room, we were very impressed. Very cute room, very clean and great location! Ask for room 301 if available! This in our opinion was probably the best room in the building, top floor corner room with a window facing the front main rd/ water way and a side window to the side st. Cute little cafe attached to the hotel on main floor, they give 10% coupons to for every day you’re there! Also, there is an elevator! Would 10/10 stay again if visiting Chiang Mai!
Highly recommend!! Lovely and clean hotel with a well-stocked pantry (bottled water, coffee, instant noodles etc.). Not located at the heart of old town but food and shops are well within walking distance. The amazing hospitality by the hotel staff also made our stay very enjoyable.
Great location. We had the peony room with 6 bunk beds (2 showers). It was good for a family. They had a lovely bakery downstairs and free drinks and snacks all day long by reception.
