We stayed at Villa Deva as a couple and had such a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was very quiet and calm — perfect for a relaxing getaway in the city. All the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They truly made our stay feel special and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so memorable and incredible. We will definitely come back again

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Deva Resort & Hotel Bangkok — everything was truly perfect. The hotel feels like a peaceful oasis in the city, very clean, calm, and beautifully designed. The pool is absolutely adorable, and the little animal pool floats provided by the hotel were such a cute and thoughtful touch that made the experience extra special 🐥🦩 The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful from the moment we arrived. They made us feel genuinely welcome and well taken care of — honestly, it felt like coming home rather than staying at a hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, kindness, and a relaxing stay in Bangkok ❤️

This is the third or fourth time i’ve been stay in this hotel. i would say this hotel totally not worth this price, especially i booked for the executive suite pool access room this time, it costs around USD$1400 in total. it was very very bad especially for the staffs and services. The last time I came here and then they promised me the surface will be better, especially for the grapefruit delivery, because at the first time when my visit here, the staffs delivered the food to the room directly, so efficiently and helpful but since last time I stayed here on the last day, they couldn’t do it and it’s not baby friend and family, friendly, when you carrying your baby and busying to settle baby and then the stuff still rushing you to get your delivery by yourself from the lobby. doesn’t matter at all. then you can’t promise me to make it better and then won’t let it happen again before I re-visit. I have black and white about they promised me by email. that’s why I come to visit again this time and book a larger room to enjoy our family time in here. they totally ruined our holidays badly. and when I went to the reception and then speak to the staff and their manager, they said they will get back to me about this matters, but when we wait until the final day we stay, we still haven’t yet heard about any responses about this matter, they are so unrespectful and not professional at all. I swear at this time, it’s not family and baby friendly anymore. And not worth for any pennie’s in the bangkok city!!! Secondly, the room facility is so dirty while we come the cushion got some blood stain on it and every day when we go out in the aisles, there is so many foods around the floor. that’s so horrible of the hygiene
