Livable Hotel Bangkok
Situated on Thanon Rang Nam in the Ratchathewi district, this well-regarded hotel offers a calm, residential-feeling base in the heart of Bangkok. The property is noted for its minimal design aesthetic, clean interiors, and pleasant colour palette that creates a relaxed atmosphere throughout. Guests in garden-view rooms have highlighted the refreshing quality of waking up to greenery — a welcome contrast to the surrounding city. The separation of toilet and bathroom in the rooms is a practical touch that repeat visitors specifically appreciate. Staff receive consistent praise across reviews for being friendly, cheerful, and genuinely helpful, with the front desk team frequently singled out for attentive service. The hotel maintains strong cleanliness standards throughout its common areas and rooms. One reviewer noted that unattended belongings in shared spaces may go missing, so guests are advised to keep personal items with them when not in their room. The hotel's location provides convenient access to the BTS Skytrain network, making it straightforward to reach Bangkok's major shopping districts, cultural landmarks, and dining areas. Breakfast is available on-site, though some guests have found it underwhelming relative to the overall stay — those with a preference for a substantial morning meal may want to explore the local dining options nearby. Booking directly through the hotel's website at hotelsbkk.com/livable-hotel-bangkok/ is the most reliable way to confirm current rates and room availability.

Visitor Reviews
It was a very impressive stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center. The garden view from our room was beautiful, and waking up in the morning felt very refreshing. The room was clean, bright, and decorated in white tones, making it look neat and comfortable. The front desk staff provided very friendly service and were always smiling. I was especially impressed with Thun. He was very willing to help and provided excellent assistance. Even when he was busy, he always smiled, answered my questions, and helped me whenever I needed. In the future, if I have the opportunity to visit Bangkok again, this hotel will definitely be my first choice.
The hotel has a minimal vibe with pleasant colors that create a clean and comfortable feeling. All the staff are friendly and helpful, especially the security guard sitting under the small umbrella — he’s really lovely and always smiles when he sees me. The tuktuk driver is also funny, helpful, and energetic. The hotel offers a complimentary tuktuk service, which is really convenient if you need to go somewhere along the way to the BTS station. We loved our room, except that the view was not as expected. If you reserve this hotel, don’t forget to include breakfast — we looked forward every morning to eating Pad Thai at the hotel!
Highly recommended hotel in BKK! The hotel is centrally located, and the room is clean and comfortable. A big thumbs up for the separate toilet and bathroom haha! Special mention to the front desk team, especially Thun. He is very friendly and able to communicate well in both English and Chinese. The hotel also has 24-hour security, and the front desk staff are always welcoming and smiling. There’s a small cafe opposite too. The only minor downside is that the room makeup service can be a bit late, (around 1900)

Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
