Aries Tour
Based in central Phuket Town on Phuket Road, Aries Tour is a tour and travel agency offering organised excursions to some of the region's most popular destinations. Popular bookings include the James Bond Island tour, Phi Phi Island day trips, Elephant Century, and Carnival Magic, making it a practical one-stop option for travellers looking to cover multiple experiences during their Phuket stay.
The agency is perhaps best known for the service of its in-store agent Joe, who is frequently praised in visitor reviews for his patience, honesty, and strong English communication skills. Travellers highlight that pricing is transparent, with discounts passed on rather than absorbed, and that the planning process is smooth and well-coordinated. As with any multi-operator agency, tour experiences can vary depending on which third-party provider handles the actual excursion, so it is worth asking staff directly about which operator will be running your chosen tour before booking.

Reviews from Google
We booked three tours from Joe — Elephant Century, Carnival Magic, and the James Bond Island tour. From the very beginning, Joe was extremely humble, patient, and helpful. Since we were traveling with a toddler, we had several concerns regarding safety and logistics. Joe never rushed us and took the time to carefully answer every question we had. What truly stood out was how genuinely he listened and reassured us. His approach was very honest and caring, and I can confidently say he was one of the most genuine people we met in Thailand. All the tours we booked through him were seamless, and everything that he promised was delivered exactly as committed. The arrangements were smooth and well organized, which made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Joe to any of my family or friends visiting Phuket, especially those traveling with children. Without any doubt, I will definitely book through him again on my next vacation.
Had a fantastic experience with Airies Tour in Phuket! Everything was extremely well organized and smooth from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and very responsive while planning the tours. The guides were knowledgeable and made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Transportation, timings, and arrangements were all handled perfectly. If you’re visiting Phuket and looking for a reliable tour company, I highly recommend Airies Tour. They truly made our trip memorable!
Mr Wu sold us a tour that turned out to be with some other agency named "Aek Unseen", it was a bad experience unfortunately. About the full day Phi Phi tour: I personally did not enjoy the full day tour with phi phi islands. I felt like we were a bag of potatoes and they just bring us around in the speedboat. We did not have much time in any place. Longest stay was 1 hour, while some stops were only 10 minutes (monkey island) I wouldn't reccomend this to anyone, unless all you need are photos and selfies from those locations. You will not learn anything, and will not rest, just get tired from the unpleasant boat ride and get wet.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
