The Bear Fight Club is a small Muay Thai gym that turns up in four of the Chiang Mai gym guides I checked, and Reddit regulars call it the best centrally located gym they trained at. It's a beginner favorite, with group classes that start from about ฿300 on the NOW Muay Thai booking site and in topmuaythai's beginner guide.
The gym's own site gives two addresses, one inside the Old City on Ratchamanka Soi 6 in Phra Sing and one in Pa Daet, south of the city, where Google pins it. Message the gym before your first class to check which one it's running from.
