It's the anchor department store inside the Central Chiang Mai Airport mall, and it's genuinely large: clothing from international and Thai brands, shoes, bags, luggage, toys, kitchenware, and a Sportsworld section with a good run of trainers and casual footwear. Shoppers mention a men's sale section on the ground floor, with no real equivalent on the women's side. Staff tend to leave you alone until you actually pick something up, which I count as a point in its favour, and they'll dig sizes out of storage if the one you want isn't on the rack.
The bit travellers underuse is Tops supermarket, reachable from inside the store. Fresh produce, meat and fish counters, imported bits, and packaged Thai goods worth carrying home. The rest of the mall connects directly, so you're not limited to one shop.

Excellent department store for quality branded clothing, shoes, bags, luggage etc. Has Sportsworld inside, great selection of trainers and casual footwear. Under Robinson's is Tops supermarket which can be accessed within the shop. Lovely fresh produce available including a meat and fish counter. Always nice to find some imported favourites too. The Airport shopping centre is joined to Robinson's for other shops
Robinson is a very big store. They sell all kind of goods. From toys, clothes for children, cooking gear. You name it, you‘ll find it! Nice and well maintained
According to the information provided here, a 5000 Baht minimum purchase is required to obtain this specific bag. However, the customer service insisted that this bag can only be gifted only with one single receipt and must be done on the same floor. Purchases made on different floors are not accepted. There was no such rule written here at all. I thought Robinson was supposed to encourage international customers to spend more at their outlets. Instead, it seems they are stingy to not give this bag even if you spend a total of 5000 Baht at multiple brands.
