RSM is the Rajadamnern Singha Muay Thai Academy, and four of the Bangkok gym guides I checked include it, including the beginner roundups. Its central gym is on the second floor of the Jasmine City building on Sukhumvit Soi 23, a short walk from BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit, which makes it one of the easiest gyms to fit around a city stay.

RoamFit's beginner guide also points to an RSM gym in Thong Lo. The NOW Muay Thai booking site doesn't take online bookings for it, so contact the gym through its Facebook page for class times and prices.
