Kynd Massage : Phuket Old Town, Phangnga Road
The thing people keep coming back to here isn't the technique, though that gets praised too. It's the silence. The masseuses don't talk to each other during sessions, and if you've ever had an hour of relaxation undercut by two people gossiping over your spine, you'll understand why that detail keeps showing up in the reviews.
You get a foot scrub before the treatment starts, which sets the tone nicely. Rooms are individual, with two beds, so it works if you're going in as a couple. Traditional Thai massage is the core of it, along with foot massage with a herbal compress ball and sports massage. Expect a proper Thai session too: stretching, thumbs where you didn't know you were tight, and the option of back cracking, which you can decline. Just say so at the start.
Being on Phangnga Road in Old Town, it makes sense as a late-afternoon stop before dinner in the neighbourhood rather than something you trek across the island for.

Reviews from Google
I had an amazing massage at this salon and I can truly say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The entire team is incredibly friendly, professional and attentive. The atmosphere is beautifully calm and relaxing – you immediately feel at ease and can fully let go of stress and tension. The massage itself was absolutely perfect: very professional, deeply relaxing and exactly what my body needed. You can really feel that they work with heart, care and true expertise. I left feeling refreshed, balanced and deeply grateful. Highly recommended – I will definitely come back again and again!
Fantastic, relaxing Thai massage. Everything looks nice and clean. The masseuse took care even of the ears. I also liken when she held my foot and was "walking" on the inside of my tighs. I opted out of back cracking.
Nice hidden massage place. Service was great and felt really relaxed! (I liked very much as the staff don’t talk to each other during the session! They were professional and very kind too!)

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
