Maai spa at Amari Pattaya
Maai Spa occupies a calm, dedicated floor within the Amari Pattaya resort on Beach Road, offering a polished wellness retreat set apart from Pattaya's busier entertainment districts. The spa draws both hotel guests and outside visitors looking for professional therapeutic care in a resort-standard environment, with the beachfront setting contributing to a noticeably peaceful atmosphere. Visitors can expect a full-service spa menu that includes aromatic oil massage, body scrubs, and signature treatments such as the Sao Maai, Khid Maai, and Khor Maai, with therapists noted for tailoring sessions to individual preferences. Reviews consistently highlight the attentiveness of the front-of-house staff, who take time to explain treatments and guide first-time visitors through their options. Therapists are described as skilled and thorough, with guests frequently noting how relaxed and comfortable they felt throughout their sessions. The space is unhurried and not overly crowded, which adds to the sense of retreat. Good to know: Maai Spa operates as part of the Amari Pattaya resort, so booking an appointment in advance is strongly recommended rather than walking in. Contact the resort directly to confirm current treatment availability, pricing, and opening hours before your visit, as this information is not published independently online.

Visitor Reviews
Absolutely paradise experience. Thank you to Mind who was extremely helpful and help me have the best experience. Very nice service and organization! Nan was a fantastic therapist. Always checking if pressure and pain points were good. The 3 hours of the signature treatment went like a charm! If not used to Thai strength in massages, be careful to ask for low to medium pressure on your treatment checking card, as like for the spice in the food, they have different standards 😉 I absolutely recommend it! I like to do treatment by myself but cabins are huge and all équipes for DUO experience. NB. I’m aware it’s out range for most leaving here, but coming from abroad it is an excellent value for price. Treat yourself 🧖♀️ to a Queen moment for yourself.
Very impressive! We were warmly greeted and explain the treatments by the staff especially K.Mai, very helpful and friendly. We chose the 90 mins Sao Maai, Khid Maai, and Khor Maai. Massage therapists are professional and gentle. We were served by K.Pia, K.Jean, K.Nok and K.Nan, thanks for the great massage! After finish, we feel much more relax and impressed. They use the products which collab with Donna Chang and Elemis brand. The place is clean and well designed that gives you such a comfortable yet luxury atmosphere. Locate on the 4th floor of main building, Amari Pattaya Hotel. Open from 10am till 20:00, recommend to book in advance. Surely will visit again next time we are in Pattaya.
I had a wonderful experience at this spa, located on the 4th floor of the Amari Pattaya Hotel. The environment is calm and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat. It’s not too busy, but I highly recommend making a reservation in advance. I opted for a 1-hour body scrub and a 2-hour Thai massage, which was incredibly relaxing—I even fell asleep during the session! The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, providing top-notch service throughout the 3 hours. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking to spend quality time during their vacation in Pattaya.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
