I.Siam Land Health Massage 2 Pattaya
Tucked above McDonald's on Soi 6, directly opposite Pattaya Beach, this compact wellness space punches well above its size with a prime beachside location and a reputation for skilled, attentive service. The interiors are described by visitors as aesthetic, clean, and hygienic, creating a calm atmosphere that feels removed from the bustle of central Pattaya despite being right in the heart of it. The spa offers Thai massage and foot massage treatments, with the latter being a particular highlight thanks to the sea views available from the main seating area. A one-hour session is priced at 350 baht, making it an accessible option for travellers. The facility has a small number of view-facing seats, but visitors consistently recommend booking a private room for massage treatments, as the table setup allows for greater comfort and better technique. Staff are noted for being friendly and professionally skilled across treatment types. Good to know: Opening hours are not listed online, so it is worth contacting the venue directly before visiting to confirm availability. The private rooms tend to be the preferred option among returning guests, so requesting one when booking is advisable. Arriving around sunset is particularly popular for foot massages, as the sea view at that time of day adds considerably to the experience.

Visitor Reviews
Absolutely loved this hidden gem spa right opposite Pattaya Beach, located just above McDonald’s on Soi 6. Though it’s a small space, the interiors are very aesthetic, clean, and hygienic, instantly giving premium vibes. They welcome you with a refreshing foot wash at the entrance, and at the end, serve soothing herbal tea. I booked a traditional Thai massage in the couple room—hands down the best massage I’ve had in Pattaya. The therapists here are way more skilled compared to other places I tried. Prices are unbelievably affordable for the quality: 300 Baht for 60 mins, 450 Baht for 90 mins, and 600 Baht for 120 mins per person. They also offer foot massages for 300 Baht/60 mins, with chairs facing directly towards Pattaya Beach—the view of the waves from the first floor makes it extra relaxing. One thing to note: there’s no calming music inside the massage rooms since Soi 6 is lively and you’ll hear the background street party music—but the quality of the massage easily makes up for it. If you want a budget-friendly yet premium massage experience in Pattaya Beach, this is the spot. Highly, highly recommended!
1hr is $350 B, they have the pricing menu on website, they only have 4 seats with view, however I would definitely recommend the private room even for foot massage. The table allow for better manoeuvre from the therapist. The ladies are nice, I want more on head and neck and they are very accommodating. From the receptionist instruction. You will be greet and show the menu from the beginning without been pushy. Very good English and the room smell nice and have good background music. Bonus asmr rain sound 😂
I stopped in here because my feet were so tired from all the walking I’ve done. Got the foot massage plus Thai herbal treatment. Was the best hour of the day!!! I definitely recommend! The ladies are so sweet and the service is amazing. Yes, it is above the McDonald’s, but such a professional place!
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
