The food court is a major highlight. There’s a wide variety of food options at very reasonable prices, from Thai street food to international cuisines. The quality and taste of the food were surprisingly good for a mall food court, and it’s a great place to try different dishes in one spot. Shopping-wise, there’s a good mix of international brands, local shops, and souvenir stores. Whether you’re looking for clothes, accessories, or just window shopping, there’s something for everyone. The mall is also very family-friendly and has plenty of seating areas. Overall, Terminal 21 Pattaya is a great place to spend a few hours — shopping, eating, taking photos, or just relaxing in an air-conditioned space. Highly recommended for tourists and locals alike.

Plus, the food options are amazing — from quick bites to full meals, there’s a huge variety to choose from. Shopping, food, photo ops, and a travel-inspired vibe all in one place — Terminal 21 Pattaya definitely makes mall-hopping feel like an adventure!

The design details are impressive, though some of the coolest photo spots are near the washrooms, so it can be tricky to take pictures with all the foot traffic. The Pier 21 food court is a must-visit — super clean, great variety, and very affordable. Payment is done with a prepaid card system that’s easy and convenient. Highly recommend the pineapple rice and avocado smoothie with honey — both were delicious! 🍍🥑 There are plenty of branded outlets offering good discounts, and the mall has elevators and clean facilities throughout. A perfect mix of shopping, food, and photo ops — totally worth a visit while in Pattaya!
