Terminal 21 Pattaya
One of Pattaya's most distinctive shopping destinations, this large multi-storey mall is built around an airport and world travel concept, with each floor designed to evoke a different international city. Boarding gate signage, immersive themed décor, and city-specific environments make exploring the building genuinely engaging beyond just the retail offering — a combination that draws shoppers and curious visitors alike. Inside, the mall is spacious, well organised, and air-conditioned throughout, offering welcome relief from the coastal heat. The retail mix spans clothing stores, local and international brands, and a broad range of dining options from casual food courts to sit-down restaurants. The themed floors are also popular for photography, and the scale of the building is handled well enough that first-time visitors can navigate it without feeling overwhelmed. Good to know: Terminal 21 Pattaya opens at 11:00 AM daily, closing at 10:00 PM on weekdays and 11:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Weekday visits tend to be noticeably quieter, which suits those who prefer a more relaxed pace — and gives better opportunity to photograph the themed interiors without crowds. A full afternoon or evening is a reasonable amount of time to take in the floors, eat, and browse without rushing.

Visitor Reviews
Terminal 21 Pattaya is one of the most fun and unique shopping malls I’ve visited in Thailand. The airport-themed concept with different international destinations makes the entire mall feel exciting and visually interesting from the moment you enter. Each floor represents a different city, and the attention to detail is impressive. The décor, photo spots, and layout make it more than just a shopping mall — it feels like a travel experience in itself. It’s very clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. The food court is a major highlight. There’s a wide variety of food options at very reasonable prices, from Thai street food to international cuisines. The quality and taste of the food were surprisingly good for a mall food court, and it’s a great place to try different dishes in one spot. Shopping-wise, there’s a good mix of international brands, local shops, and souvenir stores. Whether you’re looking for clothes, accessories, or just window shopping, there’s something for everyone. The mall is also very family-friendly and has plenty of seating areas. Overall, Terminal 21 Pattaya is a great place to spend a few hours — shopping, eating, taking photos, or just relaxing in an air-conditioned space. Highly recommended for tourists and locals alike.
The mall is incredibly well organized and spotless — and even though it’s massive, it never feels overwhelming. The whole concept is so much fun: each floor is designed like a different boarding gate, just like you’re walking through an airport terminal. It really feels like you’re traveling the world without leaving the building! The atrium often features trendy fashion pop-ups, which makes every visit feel a little different and exciting. And you can’t miss the gigantic Eiffel Tower centerpiece — it’s such an iconic photo spot! There are tons of mini shops spread across different themed floors, so you’ll always discover something new. Plus, the food options are amazing — from quick bites to full meals, there’s a huge variety to choose from. Shopping, food, photo ops, and a travel-inspired vibe all in one place — Terminal 21 Pattaya definitely makes mall-hopping feel like an adventure!
Terminal 21 Pattaya is one of the most stylish malls in the city! Each floor is themed after famous world cities — from Paris to Tokyo — making it super fun to explore and great for photos. The design details are impressive, though some of the coolest photo spots are near the washrooms, so it can be tricky to take pictures with all the foot traffic. The Pier 21 food court is a must-visit — super clean, great variety, and very affordable. Payment is done with a prepaid card system that’s easy and convenient. Highly recommend the pineapple rice and avocado smoothie with honey — both were delicious! 🍍🥑 There are plenty of branded outlets offering good discounts, and the mall has elevators and clean facilities throughout. A perfect mix of shopping, food, and photo ops — totally worth a visit while in Pattaya!

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
