Bargaining is the whole game here, and the opening prices are set high enough that some shoppers give up before they get anywhere. That's the honest read on this place. It's a covered market with several parallel aisles of permanent shops, more than 250 vendors selling clothes, shoes, luggage, watches, jewellery, bags, Thai handicrafts, silk, soaps and phone accessories, plus the usual copy-brand goods. Some stalls repeat each other, which actually works in your favour: walk the full length, note what things cost, then double back and negotiate.
Go in the evening. Doors open at 10:00 but the market only really fills out from about 18:00, and that's when you'll find most stalls staffed. The roof means humidity and rain don't ruin the trip, and it feels calmer than an open street market. Vendors are mostly friendly, though a few lean pushy. Don't take the first number, don't feel bad walking away, and don't come expecting bargains without effort.

Pattaya Night Market, also known as Pattaya Night Bazaar, is a popular evening shopping spot in central Pattaya that attracts both tourists and locals. The market has many permanent shops and stalls selling a wide range of items such as clothes, beachwear, T-shirts, dresses, bags, belts, hats, souvenirs, Thai handicrafts, silk products, herbal items, soaps, phone accessories, travel bags, and small gift items, with bargaining being common. It is mainly a shopping market, though you can find a few snack and drink stalls nearby for quick bites. The market usually opens around 10:00 AM and closes by about 11:00 PM, but it feels most lively in the evening after 5:00 PM when all shops are active and the area is well lit. Located near Second Road, it is about a 10 to 20 minute walk from Pattaya Beach and very close to major places like Central Festival Pattaya Mall and Beach Road, while Walking Street is just a short ride away by taxi or songthaew, making it a convenient and enjoyable stop for evening shopping in Pattaya.
Really wonderful as you will find everything at cheap prices. You can buy bags, home decor, apparel, luggage, travel kits, etc. Do negotiate as well. Good quality for 1st copy products. Better to shop at Pattaya than Thailand as prices are cheap here.
Pattaya Night Bazaar is nice, it has a lot of nice shopping and different cool options. Its like 4 to 5 different aisles of clothes, dresses, jerseys and more. Its in an ideal location. If I am being very frank, the prices and variety here are not the greatest. In terms of variety you might see a few stalls repeating things but in terms of prices, they start very high and are harder in this market to haggle. I wouldn't suggest doing proper shopping here but I do suggest going as it is cool and a nice stop to go to in Pattaya. Its also quite hot there but some shops have AC. The shopkeepers some are straightforward, not rude, just super straightforward if that makes sense and some are really sweet. If you have a very tight itinerary, you can skip this place, if not then you can pass by as it is not too far from walking street.
